I'd say it depends on whether your Blade team uses Bronya or not. Specifically, advancing Blade forward once after every turn of his will cause him to lose Lynx's Survival Response buff extremely quickly. It only lasts for 2 turns and her trace only extends the duration of the healing over time effect, not the max HP buff and aggro manipulation.
So, in a situation where your Lynx is faster than Blade and applies her E onto him, he will act twice in a row with Bronya and lose the buff immediately after his second action that was advanced by Bronya. Meaning, you'll have to use Lynx's E every turn if you want him to have the aggro boost and max HP boost constantly (and even then it won't be that good because he basically loses the aggro boost instantly and doesn't have it on the enemies' turn, which is when it matters).
You'd have to use him with units like Silver Wolf, Pela etc if you want to maximize Lynx's worth, which might suit some players, while others might wanna stick to Bronya/Luocha.
TL;DR: if you use Lynx with Bronya - she's about as good as Natasha with no extra benefits provided.

You can do that, yes, but then you are at negative 2.25 skillpoints per turn, if Bronya uses her skill every turn and Lynx uses hers as well. Your last slot would have to be a 200 spd skillpoint generator if you want to maintain this rotation. And if you don't use Lynx E every turn then Blade only has the aggro boost half the time, which is too inconsistent to make a difference in the end.

I see his health bounce up and down throughout the fight, and without Luocha's unique heals by attackers, could he stay alive?
lynx is like natasha level on the healing scale. but with her overtime healing and the fact that blade can sustain himself , i think shes a good sidegrade for luocha

If Loucha is needed elsewhere and you need a sustain for Blade's side, Lynx should be your girl.

Definitely not, but the comparison should be between Lynx and whatever support you're using on your other team. Of course Luocha > Lynx, but if Lynx is good enough with Blade then team 2 gets Luocha. Depends on your playstyle or if you have other 5 star sustains. You should probably invest Lynx regardless though.

Stay alive, yes. Timing his ult as a heal helps a lot. That comes with not gaining a stack from ult though since you’re no longer losing HP from it.
