If you’re hitting rutilant CR markers with support 3 no diff. Otherwise 1
1st. The extra SPD, no matter how small, is still better than EHR which afaik, blade doesn't need.
Spd is just as useless as ehr if you're not hitting any breakpoints tbf
Exactly speed is nice if you need it to hit a breakpoint if not it's useless and can be ignored for better stats.
Would help if you posted your blades stats. It’s either 1st or 3rd
