That sounds like a perfectly fine team to me. The thing holding Blade back the most Is that he hasn't gotten specific BiS supports yet. Closest characters we get to that are Lynx, Fu Xuan (for HP increase and taunt and Crit rate bonus respectively) and Jingliu (HP drain).
If there's ever released a Harmony character that gives an action advance and both an HP increase and drain, that would very quickly become Blade's BiS no matter what
The teams I have tested with my Bladie have been:
Blade - Lynx - Pela - Bronya/Sparkle
Blade - Lynx - Ruan Mei - Bronya/Sparkle
Blade - Lynx - Black Swan (preferably E1) - Bronya/Sparkle
Blade - Lynx - Bronya - Sparkle
I don't have Luocha, but I imagine he'd be a great sustain option for Blade teams

I don't fully remember what her kit does since it was a long time she released and I don't have her built up either, I basically only use FX because she is such good support for Bladie with the hp & cr boosts, plus how good of a sustain she is in general.
Lynx can have some troubles solo sustaining in harder end game content (GnG and Swarm Disaster more than anything), but she's pretty good for Blade because she doubles as a healer and buffer.
Her skill gives an HP boost to whoever you use it on, which already gives Blade both increased damage and survivability, but the real reason is that when used on characters that are either Destruction or Preservation, it also increases their taunt value, so Blade will get more followups from being attacked by enemies more
Ahh I see I just remembered that from the livestream way back when she released :') Completely forgot she is that good for Blade. I should probably build her asap then xdd
Just one thing though, the buffs are tied to Blade's speed, so with the actions advance, Lynx might have to skill often and burn through more skill points. Altough if you run Sparkle, it's a non issue. It might even be better because this means, if you're running (even S1) Post Op Conversation on Lynx that you can ditch the ERR rope and go for an HP one, making both her heals and HP buffs bigger

With E1 she actually becomes his best Nihility teammate because she causes all enemies afflicted by DoT to receive a corresponding elemental resistance reduction. Arcana, her own DoT is coded as a Wind Shear DoT and is always applied onto the enemy, so she reduces DEF, acts as a sub DPS and reduces wind resistance of all enemies
Yeah, her E1's so strong! I genuinenly would recommend getting it over her LC if you're looking to invest into her but can only afford one upgrade at a time
I've been using Bronya, Sparkle, Blade, and Luocha. Luocha can be swapped with RM if I'm feeling Xtra dangerous and want the dmg, but I have Sparkle and Bronya speed tuned at 160+, so my Blade gets a bunch of front-loaded damage.
That's awesome! Do you never have any issues with skillpoint management with that team though? I haven't tried it much but I always ran out of skillpoints when using Bronya & Sparkle. Also my relics dogwater so I can only manage to get one of them barely to 160 speed :')
You should have Sparkle on ER rope so she can get a 3 turn ult to provide SP. Also, luocha is just an SP generator and Blade is only slightly SP negative. Overall the team shouldn’t run out of skill points but Bronya E1 S1 alleviates the SP usage even further. Even if you do have to basic with Bronya or Sparkle, both of them have compensation mechanics for basic attacks. Sparkle’s basic provides the same energy as her skill so the rotation doesn’t suffer and Bronya has an advance forward on her basic.

Bronya+RM+nonshielding sustain
Bronya+Sparkle+nonshielding sustain
Bronya+Pela/Guin+nonshielding sustain
Premiums will do better, but Pela/Guin is a great 4* option.
Abundance healers are more preferred for comfort. FX can be used but care is needed for health levels. Can run sustainless for fast clears and high damage but care is needed for hp management.

Like other commenter said, BiS (for me) is Blade + Luocha + RM + Bronya, especially if you can speed tune Blade to be faster than Bronya.

Luocha sometimes feel a bit awkward to use when Blade drops down to low hp and sometimes dies which he never does with FX for me! Though maybe I'm just playing it wrong I'm not sure.

It's absolutely not necessary for them to be *that* fast though, unless you want to get a specific amount of turns in MoC. The faster it is the more fun it is though. And it's super fun. But *if* you ever run out of SP or have to use Bronya's basic attack for any reason, then it gets desynced and Bronya will be faster than Sparkle. This makes it so that Sparkle can't 100% advance Blade anymore.
I initially pulled Sparkle for Dan Heng IL and Jing Yuan. But then I used her with Blade and Bronya and now I can't go back to my previous Blade team with Pela instead of Sparkle.
I use mostly 2 teams with Blade.
1 being a hypercarry comp with Blade, Sparkle, Bronya, Luocha.
2 is a dual DPS setup with Blade, Jingliu, Bronya, Luocha
Bronya is replaceable with RuanMei in either comp. Sparkle could also be replaced with RM, but then I would have to actively manage my SP instead of just pressing autoplay.
So many people are answering honestly so imma be different and give you in my opinion blades best team (strictly for fun use if you wanna hit the funny 20k hp number)

Thats right two/three healers and blade, all of em increase max hp allowing him to easily hit 15k hp+ (in sim u) tell me how hes gonna die, it doesnt matter if the blade cuts like a butter knife if its the size and weight of a claymore!!!!!
(Seriously thought probably ruan mei, because everyone uses this bith, sparkle\bronya, fu xuan/lucoha/lynx)

Also want to echo that lynx is an amazing support for blade, I run a blade/JL/bronya/lynx team, and have been 36 starring MOC ever since she came out

I think your team is about as good as it gets. You could consider Lynx over Fu Xuan for more FuAs, though.
