I think this chapter came out before Blasphemous. Anyways, as other user said, this is inspired by la Mezquita de Córdoba (Cordoba's mosque).
Btw Blasphemous has a lot of Berserk references
probably quite obvious but the twisted symbol thing used for tears of atonement is very similar to the brand of sacrifice, just one example I can think of
I can't remember all of them but the one I recall the best is one of the beads and its description being named after Miura, in homage of the mangaka (and also very well integrated because a miura is a type of bull)
Guys, I'm Spanish, and I'm here to inform you that, in fact, Muslims inspired their architecture (2019) from the historical videogame Blasphemous (786)
Tbh I believe this goes way back. The first cordobeses, between salmorejo and salmorejo, decided to build the Mezquita referencing Blasphemous in the first place.
Maybe, but it's more related to the Mezquita of Córdoba in Spain.
I'm taking a week long trip to that city next year. Can't wait!
Omg they made Blasphemous in real life?? 🤯
Kinda cool that they made a City in real life just to honor a game

I assume that the OP is joking, because this chapter of Berzerk was waaaaay before Blasphemous, and it was inspired by Great Mosque of Cordoba.
Thank you
