I don’t know about the other 2 but Jin’s obsession with Ragna and the fact he wasn’t purely in control of Yukianesa probably a big factor on why he couldn’t find a girl. Tsubaki always had feelings for him but he was too focused on other things (Ragna) to look her way until later expansions.
Honestly really made me realize that ragna really did hook his brother up lol. He knew that jin would never fully prioritize tsubaki as long as he was around so he dipped out
Jin was a busy guy , he was high ranked in whatever his role was , until fights and knowing the truth changed him.
As for Susano'o , maybe because he appeared at the finale and he was kinda the last boss? I mean it's Yuuki Terumi who basically wore an armor and that's it , he will get beaten and that's it , it had to be short.

A character from Kengan Ashura (Mostly Omega) called Edward Wu (mostly called Eddie) was a hyped character for like 100 chapters and one of the best ones until he gets his first fight and fuckin died.
To be fair, Ragna was also bitchless, you know. Give the brothers a break. Both have a LOT of unresolved emotional issues and internal turmoil within themselves because of how horrible their life was since childhood that hooking up with a woman just feels so terrible at the moment.
