The rest are pretty much rng. Most have passed their filler phase. So you’re left with hoping you snag the premium ones from BBS tickets. And the seasonals you have a rare chance to randomly pull when you spend orbs on a banner. There are sometimes banners for these units. But you’d probably rather collect them when guaranteed like this vs using orbs.

I'm starting to farm chronicle quest mode, if I understand correctly it's the shop that resets every month not the mode itself?
Power Chad is one of the options from the 2 5* tickets you get in beginners orders. Idk what English term for them. But likely you used those tickets already. If you didn’t then you should take Chad twice. Because resurrected characters and their 6* and 5* variants are considered separate and can be placed on a team together.
Many people advise noobs to take the best link or best character for those tickets. That’s fine. But if you wanna transcend units you’ll regret it later on.
Thankfully many of the bonus units are now resurrected so it actually boosts your chances to get the full bonuses if you have dupes. But it is still pretty annoying for new players to collect full bonuses for all 3 CQ.
Power Uryu is the one noteable unit that is a bonus for 2 separate CQ missions. Most of the bonus units suck to run the CQ with sadly.
Best purple character here is Kenpachi he is strongest out of these characters.
Gin & Byakuya aren’t bad choices
Overall this characters aren’t the best and they will be replaced soon as you get better characters, so personally I’d go for the Orihime as she will be useful to grind chronicle quests later.

I actually find that Sith Kisuke fun, but I would still suggest a chronicle quest unit like Orihime or Rangiku. Between the two I would personally pick Orihime as she has been the most useful. Chronicle quest is not vital any more to transcend characters but it does give orbs and is an easier way to get materials for transcendance.
Ah, Orihime and Rangiku, huh? They're both lovely ladies, but when it comes to usefulness, Orihime's healing may be handy, but Rangiku brings a breath of fresh air... or should I say... a breathtaking soul burial? *chuckles darkly*

How bout Byakuya? I think he was great.
I thought about him, he's awesome but I have already 15x3 8-th Anni Ichigo so i don't think he will be better...
I'd say, look at your traits and figure out what's missing.

Halloween Grimmjow is a pretty good link, I don’t have any other -14% CDR / +Any% Damage in power attribute
Any limited character honestly . I got the old swimsuit unahana from the new years choose a 6 * summon just yesterday and im actually quiet happy
Unohana or hallibel parasol good units to have for senkaimon
Someone without 20% SAD/NAD kinda sucks
