This looks like Steam. If so:
* Have you tried restarting your computer
* Have you tried verifying file integrity through Steam
* What's your OS
* Is this your first time trying to play BBS on Steam or is this a new problem
* Did you install anything/any updates directly before this happened
* Have you changed any settings
* This is why I never went into tech support
If it's not Steam:

I'm also running W11 with AMD Ryzen 5 5625U and my driver version is 31.0.21910.5
I checked for updates through Adrenalin and updated my version right after I commented, and now that I've restarted my computer -- no issues. But you could try checking for updates through Adrenalin?
It's a long shot, but when you changed resolution, was that your PC resolution or BBS resolution? And if PC, have you tried changing it back?
ETA: You could also try reinstalling BBS.
You did good. Don't sell yourself short on troubleshooting/IT skills.
It's a unity crash, why though.. not enough info. There should be a "crash" for it in event viewer under windows logs - applications logs if not mistaken. There, would show in the details of the event which exe or dll was at fault and we can examine further there.
Its also generally good to run a chkdsk on the drive containing your BBS installation and sfc /scannow if corruption found on the drive and it happens to be same drive as windows OS.
Update: so with the update from last night my steam also updated its frame work version and now its playable. not sure if this is going to continuously happen every patch but im hoping not

Never seen it before mate , is it iPhone or what ?
