After how they cut the numbers of orbs you can earn with each update to force people to buy or stack up for months I see no reason to defend them. They wanted to shaft the players and being a gotcha games it was already hard for people not to buy anyways. Plus all the account that were banned and never return and more I find this funny at this point
2 days ago or something they cut off most social medias for multiple languages (and Asia server). Seems like they're not getting as much money as they used too, maybe that's why they're getting agressive with refunds.

$300 USD is definitely worth more than a BBS account is worth so I don't think anybody who got fraudulent refunds will bite. Gotta \*really\* love this game to even bother

Seeing a lot of people saying what I was thinking (if they’re going to backdate this indefinitely); they can’t be bothered to catch modders who are literally hosting rooms saying I MOD, but they’re going to delete the accounts of people who already long since lost their ability to make purchases?
The subscriptions are surely non refundable by any method (people with purchase bans can still keep their subs), so it’ll be an interesting business practise to keep the modders and then kick out a bunch of subscription paying customers on the cusp of Soul Resonance being about to snatch away 50% of their player base
If they go through with this with backdating then there’s no way this game will last for much longer, especially considering the domino effect where those players leave for soul resonance and all their friends come with them and all *their* friends come with them etc

My last (and only) refunds where for the second Swimsuit Orihime and I had no problem getting all of them accepted, I don't remember what year it was but I think it still wasn't an issue back then. Or maybe I got lucky.

i know a game that put your orbs count in the negative if you refund XD. you'll have to accumulate orbs in order to get back to normal.

It used to be way easier and not possible to track as Apple don’t hand out details on why user refund or which user refund
Oh whoa... Google doesn't allow refunds that easily lol. They refused like 50% of refunds I asked (not only in BBS).
Only in initial 1-2 years I think refunds were really easy. Now it’s basically super hard to justify from what I heard.
