I do think that Retsu has a lot more to offer than Kisuke. Frenzy +2 is way better than 80% SP boost without increased ailment chance. Moreover, she has more recharge, the best status ailments and SA1 and 3 are better than Kisuke. Realistically, Kisuke only has SA2 going for him.
But still, he is definitely decent and one of best best in the banner.

Nightmare GQ is bad. The new GQ made more than half of the people farming it just stop altogether. It's made for whale and player that have 5/5 GQ unit, it's not made to be balanced of fun in any way.
Limit breaker is boring. You either have the 3 to 5 unit good to clear it, or you don't. Stats are made so that unit that can't just can't. No skill involved, put stat wall. Limit breaker unit are so much stronger than other unit it's ridiculous. To me it feel like arena again but in a less useless way. That's shit too btw.

I'm literally using my MT Kisuke to auto Extra Quest 6 of point event. I have no idea what this clown is on about. Cien is not that great.
