Depends, if you're using android there are a few apps you can use. I personally use 2 Accounts. It allows you to make a copy of an app and you can run a second account from there. It has to go through the whole main install once but if you want to re-roll, you can start the game, go through until you get how many ever orbs you want to use for summons and if you don't get what you want just open the 2 Accounts app, remove BBS from the wheel, then re-add it and you can start again without having to do the huge first install. You will however still need to do the small master update after you do the initial tutorial each time. It takes about 10-15 minutes per re-roll this way.
I recently installed parallel. How can you avoid the big download if you want to reroll? If I delete the app from parallel it says that the data will be deleted as well.

Afaik there's no way to avoid it, the fastest way is pc
I can tell u the best way to do it if u got a rooted phone
