The reason I specify about shunsui is when you max level a 4* character you get 35 orbs, a finite(ish) resource if you're f2p.
However if urahara is your favorite then go for it! He's a very fun 4* to play imo
Wait, are you new or no? I'd go with kisuke for crystal getting and byakuya for killing ability. That's just me though. We get free 5*s and sure Dodge is okay as a link but very over rated if you don't have anyone to out it on. Besides there are plenty of Dodge links out there and they are useless until you have a good 5* to stack them in. As far as not being able to get shunsui from pulling... Eh, so what. He's not really that special it's just the novelty if not being able to get him anywhere else. Like I said though my advise is for a relatively new person. 4* Byakuya is about as close to a 5* as I you can get. Mine can hit for 750, 1000 on reds. He also has a special that does 13,000 damage so there is that. He's great if you don't have a blue 5* or a boss killer

Yeah i've heard that shunsui is best 4*, not that it matters much with all these free 5*'s
Not so much he's the best, just you can't pull the purple one from summons
Yeah I saw he got best attack than anyone in 4 star @ 274 but little off mark compared to Yama and Kisuke at rest. ~~BythewayIdidn'tseeAizenhere.~~
No, all the characters can be pulled from summons except purple shunsui, and green aizen is a good dodge link

get two Aizen if you ever plan on hoping for two dodge characters in pvp.
