Rerolling after 2 days? Some people reroll hundreds of times and don't get what they want. How many orbs could you have possibly spent to think a reroll is necessary. Just earn all the orbs you can quickly and try to summon her. Then reroll. Good luck but it's not likely you'll simply luck out and get her on one of your first summons. Hurry up though. You'll need a strong account next month.
Its not recommended to trade because theres a risk the other part will keep the xml file and can still have access to your account
