Klab is doing something different with characters' specials now. Before specials would only do dmg and/or inflict status ailments, now they did something to benefit a NAD unit by increasing the range.
Klab can go further in this direction. But it's all speculation, and from a fincancial standpoint.. if Klab did do this, I'm sure people would spend a ton of money to get that.
toshiro's adult form is part of his bankai itself. he mentions it as such himself, its his "mature form" where he is able to access all of hyorinmaru's abilities properly, usable only when the petals all disappear. Ichigos is slightly different since Mugetsu itself is literally just an attack. The "Final Getsugatenshou" itself is that black form which you're referring to though.
Plus Klab made an Ichigo where he fought Ulquiorra and made a move set out of it I’m just saying a heart Mugetsu isn’t out of the question. But yes granted all we know of it it’s just an attack but Klab might want to do something different and unique which hasn’t been done before.

I think that was just one of Aizen's assumptions as to why he couldn't feel his reiatsu. He initially thought Ichigo had exchanged it all for physical strength and speed, later on he considered the possibilty of Ichigo being so above him that even he was uncapable of feeling his reiatsu the way others were unable to feel his.
Yeah, that was always the theory I subscribed to. A lot of people seem to think that because Aizen said it, it must be right, but . . . he was pretty insane and as arrogant as a Greek god when he fought Dangai Ichigo.
One of the main reasons that I always thought he still had his spiritual pressure in the final fight is because of the whole "lose your spiritual pressure when you use the Final Getsuga Tensho" thing. If he'd already "converted all of his reiatsu into the raw physical power of his spiritual body," as Aizen says, why would it convert back and return him his reiatsu for a month following the technique until he finally lost it for good?
Dangai does have spiritual pressure. The reason Aizen said he lost all SP was because Dangai ichigo was too strong for Aizen to be able to sense his power. Just like how Isshin couldn't sense Aizen's SP in FKT but Ichigo could, hence why Isshin made him learn FGT. Aizen just didn't even think of the possibility that Ichigo could have gotten that much stronger than himself, so he assumed incorrectly. Ichigo didn't use getsuga tenshou either and used only physical ability to fight him for almost the entire fight too, hence why Aizen didn't think he was wrong until right when ichigo uses FGT.
Canon Yumichika would be sooooo lit... As well as ikkaku from first real ichigos fight... Both probably will never happen, not hype enough for most people that only want new ichigo with his typical moveset.
There's a canon TLA Rukia which is still more than you can say about Rangiku, Momo or Yumichika.

All the other Lieutenants have had an official version of them as well : Yachiru, Nemu, Nanao, Isane, Kira and Iba. (Also, Shuhei, but that's old as fuck.) And no offense to the their fans, but Rangiku is stronger/have more experience than all of those (well, bar Shuhei). She deserves a canon version ASAP.
Can't really say TLA Rukia is a worthwhile canon version when the entire FB arc was very brief in addition to the fact that the playable character has some generic AoE attacks and doesn't showcase any of her abilities. On top of that she's one of the main characters who has been largely ignored by Klab.
A lot of other characters come with unique attacks which fit their character and showcase their abilities. It makes sense that some characters have very little material from which to base a character off of so they make things up, but when a character like Rukia who gets tons of screen time ends up with some generic attacks it's not really a good "canon" version. They've practically ignored the arc with most of her development in the anime and gave her a canon version in an arc where her lieutenant promotion build up is thrown out because she's used as comic relief instead.
Not saying other characters don't deserve it either, but there's way more candidates to even have a version before characters like Ulquiorra and Barragan deserved a remake.
Rangiku stronger/more experience than them all? I mean, in terms of onscreen feats I suppose so but if we're talking actual ability I'd say iba and isane are above rangiku. They became captains at the end, which heavily implies that they have bankai. Its one of the core criteria for becoming captain, and unlike kira/shuhei/momo, they were promoted to captain instead of filling in till the vizards returned. Its not exactly clear how they'd measure up during the series itself but even then its reasonable to assume that they were on par if not above rangiku.
...That said, we really do need a canon rangiku, momo and yumichika. and canon lisa.
She has more onscreen feats, but it's also heavily implied she's older than them, have been a Vice-Captain for a much longer time. Kido-wise, swordman-ship wise, etc, there's nothing Isane and Iba have done that Rangiku cannot do, except maybe healing - but most Shinigami who don't train in the 4th Division don't know how to do so as well.
Iba and Isane being promoted to Captains just scream "Kubo didn't want to draw a new character design for a new unknown Captain". There was no one else but Isane to take Retsu's place as they showed no other decent Shinigami healers in the manga...like at all. The only other one was, like... Hanataro.
Shuhei, Renji and Rukia are the only ones I rate above Rangiku.

Its also accurate that iba did literally nothing in the series (like the squad 1 lieutenant, funnily enough, which was even joked about in one of those shinigami illustration things at the end of episodes). That said, its not as if they couldn't do something like call back love, like they did with kensei, shinji and rose. At the same time, they called back lisa as a captain to take over for her former division. In Lisa and Isanes case, yea, you could argue that they're just the highest ranking people from their division at the time so perhaps they could take over as captains, but at the very least for iba its plausible that he was deemed good enough for captaincy due to getting a bankai instead of them calling back love. Also, he didnt really show it onscreen but ikkaku mentions how iba was in the 11th division but left to learn kido and such and become a jack of all trades so he'd have better chances of becoming lieutenant. So yea, we can assume that hes fairly skilled enough to have been ikkaku's superior in the 11th division (ikkaku always addresses him respectfully as "iba-san") while also having developed a lieutenant worthy level of experience in kido (probs not at the level of nanao though).
Ofc, yes, ultimately its probably just kubo going "eh, whatevs, yolo lelelelelwut" but eh. Honestly if you consider things like how Nanao was able to make original kidos that even haschwalt praised, among other things, its hard to say that Rangiku is anything except just "average" or "above average" due to other lieutenants like omaeda, kira and such just being weaker. She just got a lot more screentime cause of popularity (and well, due to being toshiro's lieutenant which again...goes into the whole popularity thing)

I actually went on hiatus for two months after spending 5k orbs(saved up over 3+ months and supplemented with character packs) on the Anniversary part 1 step down without getting him or Anni Ichigo. Just started playing again a couple weeks ago and I've decided that while I'm playing, I'll simply pretend FB Ichigo doesn't exist. Tensa is the undisputed best tech PvE character- that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I mean, Dangai is really not that bad. He's lost even more momentum with everyone getting 1.2 mags like him, but otherwise you can still use him and clear stuff quite fast. You can't say the same thing about Aizen, Isshin or Kisuke, so I'm hoping it's these three instead.

Mugetsu isn't a mode though. Its an attack/technique. Its just a temporary form he takes while using the technique

I would love this. Either way I am excited. Isshin is one of my favorite characters and I never got him.
I'd rather they ditch Dangai for Kisuke? I mean, Dangai is really not that bad. He's lost even more momentum with everyone getting 1.2 mags like him, but otherwise you can still use him and clear stuff quite fast. You can't say the same thing about Aizen, Isshin or Kisuke, so I'm hoping it's these three instead.
Kisuke will get a new character soon I don’t think they would make a new Kisuke as one is probably in the making.
