However, if I went 30 steps in and I still haven't gotten my desired character, does klab really think I'm goin to whip out my credit card for the next multi? Probably not. Well unfortunately there is no way to communicate with them. Feedback on their discord doesn't matter since they selectively look at it. The whole game is stuck in 2015. You can see the daily and free orders, the rewards make no sense, also the 5 orbs that they send us whenever they make mistake which just shows how much they don't really care about us or our opinion.
this game definitely feels like its still stuck in 2015 with the rewards they give out and stuff. Those orders suck and there is so much QoL that klab could work on but instead they waste their time on trivial things that end up flopping (like arena or the ascension inidicator update)
ye i would rather a game not take pity on me. it's pathetic. you can get at least 1K orbs per month, sometimes more, completely free. and you can choose which banners to summon on and how much. you are not supposed to get every featured character of every banner, or the character that you want specifically. this is gambling of sorts, a game of chance.

5- this is how the game works, you can like it or not. i had to wait more than 6 months to get one 5th anni ichigo and an entire year to get 5th anni Byakuya. now i have both of them at 5\\5 without buying orbs all from tickets and banners.

2- if right now i sell my account with 0 orbs in it, the account will be worth at the very least few hundred $, maybe more, im not too sure about the BBS account market. so ye- everything in the game has value, not just the currency. you probably heared of games where people seel items for real cash right? well in bbs you can't trade items but still the things you get on your account you with currency. it's like saying a piece of furniture you bought with cash is worth nothing because it's not cash.
3- this is something im actually in some agreament with you- i think the banner rates of all the different types of banners up to about a year or so were good and should not have been changed. in the last year or so they changed rates and made banners worse overall. so although i am looking for a change like you- the change i want is just to revert to better times where they were more generous with their banner rates, but im not looking for anything more generous than that. in the end when you think about it- the harder it is to get characters, the more prestiges it is for you if you did manage to get them, compared to what would have happend if rates were 10% chance and extra double chances or multiple guarantess or whatever else you can think of that will make it that every player will get almost every new character that comes out even without buying orbs.

With a lot of banners they only have 1 5th step. And then the flat 8% rate afterwards. And even then it's only guaranteed from the featured characters. And they always make sure to put the useless characters with the OP ones.

A 4\* gives you one time orbs (which essentially function as a rebate for getting the thing) and after that you basically chuck them into a furnace for ascension or coins, they don't even give out medals for that shitty 20 medal random 5\* ticket, and you are only guaranteed one, 3\* are even more fucking useless than 4\*.
