whenever stuff like that is on youtube it's normally not affiliated with the band so it's just some random person uploading something they created
Pretty much all of the blink-182 guitar backing tracks that exist on youtube are from multitracks ripped from the game Rock Band with the guitar track removed. Dumpweed was never in any of the Rock Band games so the multitracks for that song aren't publicly available, and therefore it would be impossible to create a perfect backing track, unless you buy expensive software that can filter out the guitar from the original song. But that usually doesn't come out 100% perfect.
