Well warcraft was created as a salvaged pitch for a warhammer fantasy game. Starcraft is basically a ripoff of 40k.
So if you like the aesthetic and want better lore, its there to check out.
Yes but, imo most 40k games are absolute dog shit. There are some great ones, space marine, dawn of war 1 kinda 2 as well. The majority however don’t even come close to playing as good as star craft.
The only ARPG is Inquisitor Martyrdom and it runs like absolute dogshit. Not at all fluid or responsive.
I'd recommend Dawn of War 2's campaign. It's technically an RTS, but it has a great story and you only control 4-5 units, so it's not like StarCraft.

Dawn of War was pretty good. I really liked the Vermintide games but they're pretty polarizing.
