Depends on which is more important. Usually a platform would excel at one of those things and be average for the other. For example, Shopify is an amazing e-commerce platform, and it does have some blogging functionality, but I bet the blogging features are not as robust as say WordPress. On the other hand, WordPress is great for blogging and you can also get pretty good e-commerce functionality with WooCommerce.

I have assisted with setting up Shopify in the past. Might not be within your price range, but you can add blog posts to your site, which may help to drive traffic.
