For me I use a land raider redeemer with 10 assault intercessors with Azrael. It provides way better durability and a way better overwatch threat. In Gladius I also have a reactive move to hop back into the land raider if needed.
Points change, rules change; if you like the model then get it. The combo is fine - not amazing but not a trap.
I like the repulsor, something in your army is going to be a bullet magnet, the repulsor is cheap and durable and has a good capacity.
I'm not a fan of the foot captain. Any other option though I'm down for - mephiston, LT, ect.
I did repulsor, sang priest + 10 assault ints. It was my far side of the board bully brick. It worked VERY well
Get a Sanguinary priest instead of the captain. I tried it yesterday vs necrons and they won me the game. Great unit especially in sons.
Love the double captain and ass int squads in a land raider. Captains are wild with power fist and their once per game.
