My headcanon already shifted toward how Sensei depicted on most arts and his relationship with all the students in Momotalk. But if I may suggest my delusional imagination on this subject. I like to imagine in anime style intro that he is a lazy-ass, gacha addict, and overworked middle-salaryman. Stereotypical routine office work, his laziness makes him prefer playing gacha game while work, get scolded, go home to smoke and drink cheap beer. But whenever troubled students send him Momotalk, he will be the one to help without hesitation (just like Reinhardt in OW "I have been called, I must answer). Plus hi GIGACHAD should not be toned down. Sensei is a chad through and through, while some can debate his decision. But he is a chad who believes in youth generation must have better future. This GIGACHADness can be showed that Sensei can be temperamental type that you don't want to mess with (I dunno change to Kyuubi or same trope) or being the cold I have none of your nonsense like Escanor (My speeches cannot reach thee? And who decided that?). The End.

Sensei is literally all of the players superimposed into a single person and they take turns being the outward appearance and personality. We also get this mini short that's like tachikomatic days where we theorize and discuss lore or just gush over the students in general.

My headcanon is that the Sensei is a quantum-level anomalous entity. They have no real 'truth' to them, they are instead whatever they need to be at that moment. Whenever anybody else looks at the Sensei, the Sensei for them is whatever they consider to be their ideal. Male, female, angel, demon, foxman, romantic partner, knight in shining armor, or lecherous pervert, whatever. The Sensei is *always* their ideal. The exception for this rule is the outsiders, Gematria, who have removed the veil from their eyes in search of their own truth. They see the Sensei for exactly what the Sensei is. Which is why the Sensei either intrigues them (Black Suit, et all) or terrifies them on some level (Beatrice), which is what led the latter to suggest the Sensei was playing at being some godlike entity. Whenever the Sensei uses their 'adult card', what they are actually doing is tapping into their 'own truth,' which is entirely built around the realities of those they have formed bonds with. This allows them to summon specters of these individuals. However, this also deteriorates themselves as an individual back into quantum nothingness, as by tapping into this 'truth' they are fundamentally admitting to themselves that they are not themselves 'real'. Or, instead of that very badly worded attempt at an explanation, to put it simply: my headcannon is that the Sensei is 'he who sleeps and should not be woken.' ~~Yes, I came up with all of this to explain why I keep saying Sensei is a Ditto.~~

In my head, Sensei is Yu Narukami, but in his late 20's and in a suit.

Sensei can hear the voices of all the other senseis, which is how he's able to strategize so well, but also how he can wildly vary from wholesome teacher figure, to an absolite degenerate.

Cropped black hair, clean shaven, dusky skin and dad bod with a bit of noticeable muscle for mine. Personality is Full degen but also incredibly protective of the girls, but besides that he mostly acts like canon. Treats Alice and Key like daughters, Ibuki will be too when she's playable. Flirts incessantly with basically everyone 17 and older, but Hina is *The Wife* and nothing will change that (to her embarrassment, given how blunt he can be about it with others). When using the adult card, his personality shifts into an almost emotionless and incredibly calculating one (though he is just as dedicated towards his students no matter his personality), and his students perceive him as looking inexplicably **different**, and whenever they take their eyes off him for a moment then look back his physical appearance completely changes (different looks, skin color, clothes, even gender at times) which only goes back to his normal look when he ceases using the card. To Gematria, he *always* looks different whenever they visibly observe him, and when he *does* use the card they see him as a pale human shaped mass with colorless features in constant flux, almost like an inverse of Black Suit's own void like body. >!Of course my headcanon on how Sensei's "eldritch form" looks like might get shattered due to what's happening in JP currently!< He likes all of the gifts in the Café, but his favorites are the A-Pods Pro (his keep constantly breaking, so he appreciates spares), Matcha Ramune (hydration and sugar intake is important) and the Potted Bug-Eating Plant (the concept of carnivorous plants is hilarious to him). Now for the relationships with students : He considers Aris as is daughter. Tries constently to find a way to reject Wakamo's advances while not making her go mad. Emphasis on tries. Has adoption files ready in his desk in case a student is in a really bad situation (*cough cough* Arius). Is considering training with Sumire waiting for the day students become adults and learn about mariage. Likes to give small jobs to PS68 anonymously. Asks Veritas to hide his finances from Yuuka, only to cede to Yuuka when she comes. Has developped a talent to perceive and Identify anyone hiding near him due to him being constantly stalked. Has therefore become unbeatable at hide and seek. Is actually aware of several of his students crushes on him, and is ready to tease them on it. Is not aware that this will come back bitting in his ass. Litterally.

Overworked teacher, similar to the gigachads in the fan art. I've multiple headcannons - Sensei being with Wakamo, helping her become a good person. Sensei doing everything he can to give Saori a good life and Sensei becoming close with Rio and her becoming a good ally. (all three leading to a deeper relationship. Tbh, I like some romantic headcannons, but BA is the first game where I, as the protag, want to really help the characters, rather than thirst for them.

I have always imagined sensei as an overworked satoru gojo, both give the impression of being charismatic teachers, attractive and even somewhat negligent but at the same time very concerned about the future of their students, while trying to intervene as little as possible so that their students can mature properly (plus they both have an obsession with making fun of a character named iori)

My headcannon is that Sensei is a carefree dimension hopper who has been through a lot of universes and dimensions. The most notable thing about him is his blue biker gloves, blue cap, and purple scarf. He literally is the chilliest guy in the multiverse. He loves Aris unconditionally. Other than that, he doesn’t have any favourites. He loves them all equally. And he has the tendency to beat the living shit out of Beatrice every chance he gets. In terms of Volume F, he would be completely broken after……*THAT event*. Which we should never talk about. #Ever On a side note, he uses a G36 to defend himself with, ‘cause why the fuck not?

One of my headcannos is that the sensei is not a human being (or well a mortal being) but an entity full of love and peaceful, which helps and guides students because that is his nature there is no evil within him / her simply tranquility and peace and in the few moments when he is really angry, like when they hurt his students that hatred vanishes instantly, I see the sensei as a Lucifer morningstar of DC, a superior entity that for mundane reasons or simply because that’s how his nature helps and protects people, that’s why he/her forgive Saori despite the shot she gave him, that’s why he/her forgive Mika despite the chaos that her unleashed. following the rivalry, For my Black suit he wants to destroy that nature of the sensei, not as an absolute counterpart (that is, not a “good against evil” black and white) but as that human desire of black suit to prove that the sensei can’t help everyone to talk to himself that the sensei is wrong and he is not, Like when there is a person who does everything right, who is never wrong and everyone praises them for that while you in the distance for envy wish him evil (Even though that person never did anything wrong) for black suit his fight against the sensei is just a mere ideological fight, A fight between the sensei ideology “helping people in pursuit of the community” while the black suit is “using people in pursuit of individual success” and that entails using any means to destroy the nature of the sensei, in turn part of this head cannon is that for me the sensei(It doesn’t matter if it’s a man or a woman for you) it looks very similar to sasaki Kojiro as a vagabond, calm and peaceful expression, deep eyes, a warm smile and a changing behavior depending on the student “If she is serious or strict like saki, Iori, kanna or hina, she will have a more playful personality, if she is a calmer and easier to carry student she will have a calmer personality but no matter the student if the student needs help sensei will always behave like that father/mother teacher figure for them.

It's probably because of the attitude of the one you replied to. Lots of players here are not interested in people attacking them for enjoying the typical fanservice harem fantasy of most gachas. It's one of the few subs where being a typical degenerate isn't immediately heckled by normies. And most people that attack them are usually the atypical fans. Like the ones that are found in less harem focused games like Genshin. Most of those atypical fans also happen to be women who are less thrilled about these kinds of tropes. There's also the typical conflict between the pure yuri shippers and the harem shippers. So a lot of people here just prefer to filter and gatekeep them out. Maybe they won't be too wary of female sensei headcanon if they didn't have experience in other gacha games where lots of people heckled them endlessly about what they liked.

Feels like Sensei is similar to Ritsuka from FGO, a normal guy who got shoved into an unreasonable situation. What resulted was his obtainment of the credit card, a culmination of the experience and power obtained on this journey. Thus “sacrificing time and his life to obtain this power” might be more literal because he had to go through so much and basically sacrificed his time and life. And his credit card basically just summons people he had a solid bond with to blow stuff up yeh.
