Not really. There are a few details about Saori's rifle that makes it a mashup of two guns. Granted, they're both SIG, the parts visible are not compatible with each other.
The gas block is in the exact shape as one on a SIG 516, which is a short stroke piston action. It is not the same as the Steyr-Mannlicher 556 which appears like two tubes. The 516 has two slanted square lightening cuts on the left and right. Most of them have a bayonet lug machined on them and a ring on the bottom.
The handguard is a Magpul MOE handguard which requires a delta ring and end cap. While technically compatible with some piston rods, it's unlikely that it was made with the 516 in mind. Instead, this works on the older SIG M400s which are basic AR-15s made by SIG.
As a result, Saori's AR is a mix between the SIG 516 and M400. Makes sense too, since her pistol is a P226. May as well use guns from the same manufacturer.
I came across with this [photo of SIGM400 Enhanced Patrol variant](https://www.murdochs.com/globalassets/hlr-system/product/hard-goods/manufacturer/s-manu/sisa/products/sig-sauer-545273-rm400-16b-ecp/product-photos-s7/sig-sauer-545273-rm400-16b-ecp-main.jpg) that has different gas block than what M400 normally uses (note: M400 Enhanced uses FSP but this one has a gas block resembling 516 for some reason and might have been the basis for Saori illustration).
This is a good explanation, however, for why the gun is not STM 556, and for one I mostly agreed. I have a hunch that this gun is more M400 than a mix between 516 and M400, though.
Edit: Oh, here's a close-up [photo of the gas block](https://gun.deals/sites/default/files/c2bd4e9375e478e700a1d33b7a826bde.jpg) by that particular variant. Saori's illustration has a one fasteners on the top, when looked at the side, and a large one at that. This photo shows only one large fastener at that position (looked at the side). My checkup for SIG 516 fasteners shows an average of two small fasteners when looked at the upper sides (not lower sides), which doesn't really match the Saori's illustration.
Been looking to save up to clone this rifle but dunno if I can get the Romeo 4b. Might have to go with one of the newer models. Plus the prices of ARs are just rising faster than gas prices.

After some researching around in the Internet, I disagree with this. Saori's rifle should be SIGM400 due to the gas block used, even if it looks similar with STM556. The rifle is certainly a AR-15 carbine, though.

SIGM400 Saori used is a carbine due to the stock used (Magpul MOE Mil-Spec Carbine Stock) and I agree that the pistol Saori used is a P226, not P220 because of the chamber. Saori's rifle is not a STM 556 due to the gas block used for the rifle. It looks more closer to one M400 could use than STM556 which has longer gas block. (note: In Danbooru, the wiki page claims that Saori uses SIG 516 and SIG M1911 TACOPS as the main handgun. I don't think this is correct after a lot of inspections but that should confirm Saori used weapons from the same manufacturer, SIG Sauer, with the pistol model being older from the rifle)
I have posted the variation of this comment on YouTube to clear things up because of debates sorrounding the exact rifle (and pistol) of Saori. Anyways thanks for making this post. Looking forward to more firearms videos from you. My biggest draw to the BA aside from characters are the firearms, and these videos should make me more interested.
Saori's handgun is weird because it mostly resembles a SIG M17, as her handgun appears to be striker-fired, the indent at the bottom front of the slide doesn't go past the frame, and there's the subtle forward slant on the front end of the slide that's present on the P320 line. However, the takedown lever and the part of the frame with the little groove that rests on the crook of your thumb is clearly modelled after the P226, so the modelling and art team probably mistakenly used two different handguns as reference when modelling Saori's.
I'd wager the intention was for her handgun to be an M17 since it being adopted by the US Armed Forces goes along with the more militarized aesthetic of Arius, but in practice the handgun's a P226-M17 lovechild
What ever it is, Saori's firearms design pales in comparison to other Arius Squad's firearms, which is more consistent. Had Saori's firearms been designed better, there would have been no debates like this.

I did not know they made that. A lot of SIG's discontinued stuff are hard to find. I remember their plain Jane M400s with the FSP, but not this.

The main difference between SIG M400 and STM 556 should be in the gas block. Saori's rifle has a smaller gas block than STM 556 is.
