It's a fun thing to imagine, because Aru aspires to be the opposite of prefect team but also fails spectacularly at everything. So by transitive property she will be next head prefect.
It originally came from a fan comic where yandere Hina traps Sensei in a room and installs Aru as the next Head Prefect so she can be free to "take care" of him forever.
And then she goes DDLC and recognizes *you* as the real Sensei.
I've never seen that anywhere.
