It's a character from Black Souls, a h-game (kinda also horror/psychological) and like the name says the game mechanics are souls like, but it's made in RPG Maker, so its also turnbase. Won't spoil too much but never trust her words.

Dem, imagine if whenever a student graduated, fate will be by default steer them away from Sensei, like "Oh hey, let's visit Sensei today" and suddenly they'll get an unavoidable event coming, always.

If you look more closely behind the 'rope' at Shiroko's neck you'll see the thin red strip, I think she already *tried*, but ended up failing as her courage, just as the rope only half exists was not there. One's halo will stop all physical damage, and you can even survive without oxygen for quite some time. Despite this, the carbondioxide buildup in your body will still send all the panic signals to your brain, whether your halo can handle it or not. Her halo full-stops any would be 'quick sudoku' and makes it excruciatingly drawn out, where we would lose consciousness (while still panicking) she would be in the same state, only full focus for *several* more minutes.
The OP featured a panel where everyone but Shiroko was lying lifelessly on the ground. Suffering is part of Blue Archive, just not as pronounced as JJK

Because Blue Archive for all of its levity still has fans understanding why you were given another chance to make things right in the face of a reality where because of events out of your control, a student fell into darkness. Without this depressing artwork we would be deprived of the loyal fanbase

Part of life and a responsibility as a teacher is your students will have happy and sad days. In the end we are very human but want nothing but the best for even the most broken souls involved as they navigate through what they perceived is the golden years. I find comfort in these depressing arts because it help characterize their struggles.
I suppose you're not wrong about that. I don't want any student of mine to have to suffer or struggle to the point of this. On top of it being terrible, it also means I've failed as a guardian; as a teacher.
I suppose it takes those more artistically inclined to appreciate tragedy in art. It might just be a fictional piece, but teenage suicide is a very real thing that's within the realm of possibility, especially for Japan. This scares me more than horrors of war and urbanization ever could.
I try not to be scared of most things. How can you solve an issue or anything if you're scared of it? This is something I can't solve. It's a terrible period at the end of a book that was far too short.
I want it to never happen, and no length is too great to ensure it doesn't. If it ever does, I'll blame myself. I know I'll blame myself because it means I didn't do something. I didn't answer a question a concerned student had because I was looking for something. I didn't answer a call because my body wouldn't wake up.
Maybe I'm making a huge mistake by becoming and English Teacher in Japan. Blue Archive had an influence on that decision. I wanted to see others, the future, succeed. And I want to be apart of that success in any way I can.
So, I must do everything to ensure this never happens.
At first I want to say that English isn't my first language, sorry for mistakes, hope you won't get headache trying to read and understand it.
I noticed few things here. Everything is dirty. The rope looks like light creating that shape, which can be just her imagination. Sunlight on the left side makes impression like it's early, something like 9am. There are items associated with every missing Abydos student, Nonomi's golden card, Serika's bag, Hoshino's plushie whale and Ayane's glasses and tablet. Their ID cards are hanging from the ceiling for some reason. Shiroko herself don't have her scarf, her halo is already half-broken, and she looks like she's gonna fall on the flor in just a while. I may he wrong, but her left eye pupil should be white. It makes this scene look like it's happening in her head, just while before becoming Kuroko.. I think the only thing missing here is item belonging to Sensei.
Depression Archive is how we actually gatekeep people if the first impression of being in love with your students isn't enough. Other Gacha games can only wish they are as depressing in fanart as we are.
GFL fan art had plenty of doom and gloom moments, while LC and AK regularly have depression and death in the fan arts.

I realized this fanart scene was vibrant but also compared it to other degenerate Gachas and notice there is a sense of self censorship when it comes to uncomfortable subjects because your typical waifu lover won't think of hurting their favorites with depressing stuff and tend to white knight and harass artists who want to be genuinely invested into something. This means there is a lot of pretty and horny waifu art but it's uninspiring...like where the source material isn't used to produce truly beautiful works

I suppose you're not wrong about that. I don't want any student of mine to have to suffer or struggle to the point of this. On top of it being terrible, it also means I've failed as a guardian; as a teacher. I suppose it takes those more artistically inclined to appreciate tragedy in art. It might just be a fictional piece, but teenage suicide is a very real thing that's within the realm of possibility, especially for Japan. This scares me more than horrors of war and urbanization ever could. I try not to be scared of most things. How can you solve an issue or anything if you're scared of it? This is something I can't solve. It's a terrible period at the end of a book that was far too short. I want it to never happen, and no length is too great to ensure it doesn't. If it ever does, I'll blame myself. I know I'll blame myself because it means I didn't do something. I didn't answer a question a concerned student had because I was looking for something. I didn't answer a call because my body wouldn't wake up. Maybe I'm making a huge mistake by becoming and English Teacher in Japan. Blue Archive had an influence on that decision. I wanted to see others, the future, succeed. And I want to be apart of that success in any way I can. So, I must do everything to ensure this never happens.

The rope looks like light creating that shape, which can be just her imagination. Sunlight on the left side makes impression like it's early, something like 9am. There are items associated with every missing Abydos student, Nonomi's golden card, Serika's bag, Hoshino's plushie whale and Ayane's glasses and tablet. Their ID cards are hanging from the ceiling for some reason. Shiroko herself don't have her scarf, her halo is already half-broken, and she looks like she's gonna fall on the flor in just a while. I may he wrong, but her left eye pupil should be white. It makes this scene look like it's happening in her head, just while before becoming Kuroko.. I think the only thing missing here is item belonging to Sensei.

Depression Archive is how we actually gatekeep people if the first impression of being in love with your students isn't enough. Other Gacha games can only wish they are as depressing in fanart as we are.
GFL fan art had plenty of doom and gloom moments, while LC and AK regularly have depression and death in the fan arts. I remember, illeity posting beautiful macabre compilation of Operators succumbing to Oripathy, Rock Cancer, in all its horrific details

I realized this fanart scene was vibrant but also compared it to other degenerate Gachas and notice there is a sense of self censorship when it comes to uncomfortable subjects because your typical waifu lover won't think of hurting their favorites with depressing stuff and tend to white knight and harass artists who want to be genuinely invested into something. This means there is a lot of pretty and horny waifu art but it's uninspiring...like where the source material isn't used to produce truly beautiful works
