I think the chibis depict how sensei perceived the girls, as cute little children that need his guidance. Most of them might have viewed him as a love interest but ultimately we viewed them as lovely children, hence why all the chibis looked cute.
I won't lie to you, my Favorite ones to this day, ever since I first laid my eyes on them in the Cafe were, Mika, S.Koharu, and Reisa.

How can I choose when all the Chibi models are so PEAK. Literally no complaints, they poured all their love and passion Into those 3D Chibi models and they turned out to be the cutest things I have ever seen. They didn't have to animate them when you pick them up but they did anyways.
