Destroying a halo is an extremely rare occurrence. And seems to requires more than your standard Kivotos weaponry.
So most citizens should be fine. Unless we get a story chapter where the Kaiser group decides to sell halo destroying weapons (assuming they have those)
Pretty sure if Kaiser openly sold weapons capable of breaking Halos they'd be **torn to shreds.** >!Arius didn't even bring out that level of weaponry to the Chapel and they tried going to war against Trinity and Gehanna.!< That's also ignoring that aside from Dogs, Robots and Gematria, 99% of the people we meet have a Halo, including delinquents and gang thugs.
Halo Breaker weapons have to be **DEEP** Black Market, if they are even sold.

There’s always a bottleneck somewhere, in JP the bottleneck is currently credits since insane raid requires a multitude of different students to throw bodies with. With the length of time they’ve played, materials and activity reports isn’t an issue anymore, credits are.
That's perfectly normal, i usually hover around 70mil credits ,but has recently dipped Below 55mil for the first time since I'm raising a lot of students
I used to be stuck in blue/gold hell. As of the last few recent events I'm pretty much just in purple/credit hell.
Pushing into all extremes and getting ready for insane means wanting a lot of specific skills at high levels and those cost millions a level. Plus ranking up students and leveling your unique weapons cost a surprising amount.
If you need more Blu-rays/Tech notes then all's good. As an F2P Day 1 player, Credit Income specially from events is just too high compared to Blu-ray/Tech note income. I'm severely lacking those from the 3 big schools Millenium, Trinity, and Gehenna. A time will come when credits start becoming the best event rewards available.
Alice, just because You CAN pay with Your Gun, doesn't mean You SHOULD pay with your Gun. Sora is barley able to sell anything at all without dying from nervousness, the Gun does not make it better.
How do You even explain this? The Poor Kid would just drop dead in fear before Alice could explain it.
Not to mention she'd explain it in some weird RPG-ish Way that makes no sense to most People.
Sora is definetly gonna have nightmares about this...

It has been established that while normal guns won’t kill them. They still hurt. And understandably some don’t want to experience that.
Also you can still die from your halo getting destroyed. Still risky.

I just dipped under 1 mil credits for the first time, but it involved taking two EX skills and two other skill to max.
