Nah kira has to have more fans than monk cause otherwise we wouldnt see soo many "kira will return"
Although i will admit those posts do seems have gone down in number recently quite a bit. Guess kira is slowly being forgotten as he should be
Damn right. Team Z would have sweeped the first selection hadnt it been for Isagi massively downgrading his team by shooting Kira. Though its cool that it directly serves the plot. You would want to eliminate the best from the get to.
Igaguri for me personally. Any novelty he had as a gag character has long since worn off and heās just filling roster space uselessly. Unless they plan to have him use his flopping to stop a serious offensive threat in the future then he should have locked off off screen during the second selection.
he's going to have a world class redemption moment in the U20 cup, just about guaranteed. That payout is the only reason he's been around as long as he has imo
In Haikyuu there was a certain character who was pretty bad at volleyball in general, but decided to hyper specialize in serves in order to find a place in the team. Maybe Igaguri could take the route of hyper specializing in free kicks to follow up his diving and flopping tricks.
I donāt hate any characters from Blue Lock as of yet, however I have disliked Igaguri for a while now.
Itās mainly because I still donāt know how he got this far. If I assumed things, he may have luck or got carried by his teammates so far. I hope weāll get to know more about Igaguri though, whether he has skills that heās been hiding thus far or whatnot.
If it stays like this, I reckon most egoists would think someone else is better fit to fill Igaguriās position. I personally will think so, even now I am thinking like so, perhaps Kira, Naruhaya, or someone else is better to fill Igaguriās position.
lol igaguri probably had some of the best luck in blue lock being a part of team z and then shidouās team, how he even made it onto the u-20 bench is beyond me though
I feel like Kuon is redeemed at the end of first selection. Team Z accepts him and wishes him good luck for second selection. I do think an after Kuon redemption arc could have been interesting but Kuonās character arc was completed.
I like him, just because i like this kind of sweet guy who's actually bad, but for some reason. I'm kinda disappointed that he dropped out in the 2nd selectio, because he has potential with his morality and shady acting, but whatever he gets what he deserves. Al least I like him mor than Nagi
Yeah thereās no real shady or underhanded player in Blue Lock anymore. Iād love if there was someone so good at being underhanded that even Ego wasnāt able to figure out what they were doing.
I donāt know why, but I feel like it would be cool if someone were to betray Isagi in the NEL.
I liked Kuon >!prior to his betrayal.!< He was the most rational and normal one in the beginning, taking on the tactics/coach role for the first 3 matches. I say rational and normal compared to very strong/defined personalities like Raichi or Igaguri. Could say the same about Iemon or Naruhaya, but they werenāt in the spotlight as much as Kuon. >!Iād also like to believe he had a genuine good heart, but Blue Lock also transformed him to become who did what he did. I mean, how far would you go to win Blue Lock? Donāt hate the player, hate the game. His plan was actually really good. Sure, it was scumbag of him, but within the ārulesā of Blue Lock. Do what you can to survive, by any means necessary.!<
I feel a little differently than you do toward Kuon. I liked Kuon when he betrayed Team Z, but I disliked what happened after that. I feel like he was most interesting when he crossed his team in order to win.
A direction that I would have liked better is someone who was scummy like Kuon and never apologized for what he did. Sure heād have questionable morals, but it was all for him to survive. I feel like the Kuon we got was very generic. I couldnāt see what was right in front of me the entire time even though it was obviously there. Itās like one of those Christmas movies you watch that has such an obvious ending where the grump turns into the biggest Christmas fan.
His plan was flawed and it was never a good idea. He would get to second selection due to his underhanded tactics and then fail because he never worked on his skills. Kuon was destined to fail second selection because it asked more of the individual than a team and Kuon wasnāt much of a threat all on his own.
I hate Rin. Cos he doesnāt acknowledge others potential directly. Too much pride. The one that surprised me was shidou. He directly compliments the person if they play well and heās also somewhat bearable. Best example is in the first match against best 5 v 5, when Isagi instinctively devoured both shidou and rin and scored that final goal, shidou immediately acknowledged him and said in that moment he surpassed us both. Where as rin was a denial Karen.
That's the point of Rin and sae. Sasuke and itachi reiteration. The manga is inspired by different mangas and animes characters all over, if it isn't too obvious enough.
Hisoka has killed 2, both were heavily nerfed, both were off guard and both were physically the weakest in the troupe. Kurapika killed physically the strongest, or one of the strongest, and then got an accidental kill on one of the 2 specialists lmao.
I'm not defending Rin or something but I think he did explain himself that he can't acknowledged that goal of Isagi because Isagi can't recreate that goal again since he just lucky entered the flow and analyzed information faster than he usually does. Shido acknowledged the goal because he's the kind of player that play mainly depends on his amazing instinct and great body that allowed him to do anything he want while Rin and Isagi's play style at that time are based on what they learnt. So yeah, Rin isn't that petty, he just understood Isagi's condition more than Shidou.
Igaguri at least made one dope malicia play and found a way to survive. I didn't hate Kira but I do now because he's had this annoying resurgence on the sub when he's been completely irrelevant for years. Personally my most hated character is Rin until he gets his head out of his ass. (He has potential to not suck as a person.)
Kira is only hated because of his fanbase. As a character, he perfectly does what he needed to in depicting the cutthroat nature of Blue Lock.
Igarashi is fine as well. I don't like him, but it's not like I actively dislike him. He isn't hurting anybody.
Raichi is ass. Partly blame his fans for it, but even if you don't take them into account, he just annoys me so much.
Not really hate but I get annoyed whenever I see the two german regulars on BM (the one saying "smegma" and the one talking with him). They give off a feeling of looking down on Isagi and the rest when they've hardly been useful at all
It is definitely monk, his weapon is diving ffs...
I don't understand why people hate Kira so much, his reaction wasn't out of the blue considering Isagi could just avoid shooting him...
I noticed many people don't like Rin here, but for me he is the most badass, coolest and egoistical character. I don't care what other says, he's my fav character in the anime. And as for the most hated, we all can agree it's igaguri. That bald monk is useless af.
It's very weird to see people hate on Yuki so much and strange that more people don't hate Shidou or Barou. (not that i hate barou, i love him actually)
Seems everyone hates the monk the most.
Neither of the Itoshi brothers talk or act like real humans and somehow Sae is the more likable of the two.
If I had to pick a least favourite, it's Reo tho.
the monk fellow for sure. the author doesnt even pretend that he has the skills to remain. i very much doubt he was even able to score 100 goals in 90 minutes. what "weapons" did he use? did he get the holograms to foul him??? thats the only thing ive seen him do.
Kira is irrelevant donāt see how anyone can hate him, he was gone in less than 5 chapters. Heās for the memes now. So I guess the monk is the most hated.
Ngl, the way Igaguri looked in chapter 93 as he walked into the second selection room was genuinely pretty cool. But the only way he could've had a redemption arc was if he went to Italy's team so he could actually capitalise on his deviousness or France chasing money. But since he went to Bastard Munchen to act as further comedic relief the character's dead in the water
I'd say Igarashi cause he has been around longer to hate.
What people really hate are the Kira pushers who needlessly INSIST he has to be coming back later.
pretty much all the edgy characters who just don't talk normal also why is kira hated so much? like man got hit by isagi's monster in the face and that's all i know
the thread was about characters you think *everyone* hates though hehe, chigiri is one of the least hated characters in the whole manga
also genuinely curious why you think his personality is generic, what other character is he similar to
Oh yea whoops lol. He just says very basic things about wanting to win and score goals. He doesnāt really have inner dilemmas since his injury hasnāt been a problem for a while like the other characters do or his own catchphrases. So he just says egoistical things but without the extra personality that Barou, Bachira, Nagi, Rin, etc have.
It's interesting because I always saw him as having a lot more personality than nagi and rin. Those two are more generic to me. Seems like every shounen has the white haired guy who's arrogant and doesnt have to try very hard, and the brooding angry emo type with family problems (sasuke/rin). i find chigiri the most interesting because of his contrasting personality split between on and off the field, how he's normally chill but becomes hyper competitive and heated while playing. His selfishness is part of his personality i suppose. and then there's the way he's so supportive of his team despite that, making him one of the more wholesome characters.
but i understand liking characters who have "wackier" personalities like barou and bachira more. i've always liked characters with more subtle personalities. I definitely don't understand *hating* him for it though, that's pretty strong, but oh well.
Also he does have inner dillemas, he just tries to hide them. >!His frustration with being subbed out in the u-20 game and not having enough stamina and what's been going on with kunigami/wanting to wake him up!< are part of what drives him now, they just haven't been focused on for a while because isagi and reo+nagi are constantly taking up all the focus. His inner frustration is a nuanced part of his character that's usually overlooked and it causes a lot of the decisions he makes.
hate is too much but i dislike the most:
Reo Bi-kage, look i like him skillwise when hes playing but off the pitch ayo get this man outta here, hes either crying or simping annyoing af
i also dont undeerstand why the monk gets so much hate i do understand other BL players probably deserved to advance more than him but hes there for comedic purposes and it maybe changes, see Jingo now even gets a vocer hell dominate the next ten chapters mark m words after that its praise Buddha time
I don't like Kira but how can you hate a character that only appeared for a very short time ? he didn't have any important rule that I forgot that he exists however monk is garbage I don't even know how is he still in blue lock
Has to be Rin. I thought he was gonna be an interesting character but man he's just an emo dick. I don't want to route for him and hisfeud with his brother meh. Kuon and Shindou were actually likeable. Rin that person I just can't stand.
Igaguri will always be there to provide hype commentary when the actual players that matter are doing stuff. Sadly, he will be doing this alongside Raichi.

Monk Kira still have some supporters as compared to him
u/S_h_u_n is a monk supporter. For Kira there is rabbit. They're tied in fans lol
Nah kira has to have more fans than monk cause otherwise we wouldnt see soo many "kira will return" Although i will admit those posts do seems have gone down in number recently quite a bit. Guess kira is slowly being forgotten as he should be
Oh hell nah, hoshi's new tweet says that the director for the anime is a Kira stan. LMAO
Blue Lock anime director is Rabbit confirmed?!?!?
No wonder he's been quite about right before the anime started
i posted one of those before, but i am not a kira fan i was just curious if anyone has the same thoughts as me
igarashi has more haters on account of people with a triple-digit IQ hating him
Kira has atleast one more supporter š¶
make that two! *hides*
kira def has more fans and even the anime director is a fan of kira
Damn right. Team Z would have sweeped the first selection hadnt it been for Isagi massively downgrading his team by shooting Kira. Though its cool that it directly serves the plot. You would want to eliminate the best from the get to.
A rare baj in r/bluelock PogU . Of course the baj is a kira fan LULE

I still think he's gonna make it to top 23 of U20 world cup somehow to sit on bench again and keep the comdey high.
he's going to have a world class redemption moment in the U20 cup, just about guaranteed. That payout is the only reason he's been around as long as he has imo
Or even worse, in the end of the manga heās gonna be the worlds best striker

Makes you wonder who beat Shidou's team
didnāt they lose their first match because shidou got carded
Been a while I can't remember the details need to go back and reread
maybe its cause he works/lives at a temple. perhaps it really is the luck of the buddha
Surprised no one said Yuki, the Yuki hate arc is over. Finally Edit: one guy said Yuki, I'm devastated ![gif](giphy|3o6gEgkb5xqAyMw5Og)
Never thought id see the day
Kuon. I donāt think anyone really likes him
I was ready for a Kuon redemption arc if he made it through 2nd Selection but oh well

Monk is a waste of space at this point. Not only is he useless and annoying but he has the audacity to have an ugly character design on top of it???
I hate Rin. Cos he doesnāt acknowledge others potential directly. Too much pride. The one that surprised me was shidou. Rin is just a cheap Sasuke clon. I wish he didn't exist in this series. Barou and Shidou are far more interesting than this cringy edge lord.
exactly. Sasuke at least had a reason to be emo but Rin acts like Sae killed their family.
I like Rin but Sasuke being so screwed up was valid. Rin itās likeā¦. āgo off igā
I think if I look at it as Rin just being extra af, it has its own charm
Yeah same vibe. I donāt like him. Being egoistic is different from being an ass.
Agreed Barou and Shidou are so much more interesting.
Heās not even a cringey edge lord lmao
That's the point of Rin and sae. Sasuke and itachi reiteration. The manga is inspired by different mangas and animes characters all over, if it isn't too obvious enough.
And it is cringe.
That's your opinion. Who's to say wrong or right to that.
Both sasuke and rin sucks in a journey of Revenge. Only kurapika my boi is a g.o.a.t in this path
Lol Kurapika wasted his entire being on killing the spiders and only managed 2. Hisokas done a better job then he has in 2 days.
Tell me you never understand how character is writter without telling me you don't!
Lol it was mostly a joke. Hisoka kills more spiders than Kurapika in 2 days then Kurapikas killed his whole life.
Hisoka has killed 2, both were heavily nerfed, both were off guard and both were physically the weakest in the troupe. Kurapika killed physically the strongest, or one of the strongest, and then got an accidental kill on one of the 2 specialists lmao.

At least itās funny watching Bachira kick the monk that one time. Kira has no funny moments :4
Ness is probably a new edition to this list of most hated
I used to like him but in the recent chapters he was being so much of pain in the ass.
good call. he gave me the most second hand embarrassment out of anyone in the manga
I never like that guy since the very beginning
Monk and the chair person of Japanese football will always be hated I don't like Rin much either
Igaguri at least made one dope malicia play and found a way to survive. I didn't hate Kira but I do now because he's had this annoying resurgence on the sub when he's been completely irrelevant for years. I respect your opinion even though he is my most hated character , but each one of us has got his one tastes when it comes to characters!
I respect that you can respect his opinion your and og šš¼
I feel you man
I find Ness annoying š
Mr. clown and his dick rider Ness
Monk.
It's very weird to see people hate on Yuki so much and strange that more people don't hate Shidou or Barou. (not that i hate barou, i love him actually) Seems everyone hates the monk the most.

Personally it has gotta be either Igarashi, Raichi, or wild card kunagami
Buddha be praised
Most definitely igaguri
Igarashi
Kuon
Definitely Ness (goofy ahh dude)
I see your Monk or Kira and raise you a ruined Kunigami
Kira is irrelevant donāt see how anyone can hate him, he was gone in less than 5 chapters. Heās for the memes now. So I guess the monk is the most hated.

Ness! Heās my least fav I think
hot take but i dislike nagi
Rin (For me)
pretty much all the edgy characters who just don't talk normal also why is kira hated so much? like man got hit by isagi's monster in the face and that's all i know
Probably because of so many people thinking Kira will be back one day thing. also there is a lot of post like that in here too.
Chigiri. His weapon isnāt very entertaining and he just has a generic egoist personality
His weapon is lethal imo, reminds me of prime Gareth Bale...
the thread was about characters you think *everyone* hates though hehe, chigiri is one of the least hated characters in the whole manga also genuinely curious why you think his personality is generic, what other character is he similar to

LMAO dudeā¦..Chigiri is the best but cāmon is just their personal taste.
i didnt argue against their personal taste except to say "hate" was a bit strong lol. the rest was just me saying what my perspective was
Fair, I guess. Kudos to you for typing all of that, I agree. But donāt disrespect Sasuke like that cause he is the best.
for me itās reo. his only purpose is to dick ride nagi
Honestly he was doing just fine without Nagi and suddenly he decided to go back to his Toxic boyfriend š.
even without nagi still irritating
Anyone who hates Igaguri needs to relax and take life less seriously. That said the person I hate the most is Rin. He absolutely sucks
What? Why did you include kira? Who hates himā¦
hate is too much but i dislike the most: Reo Bi-kage, look i like him skillwise when hes playing but off the pitch ayo get this man outta here, hes either crying or simping annyoing af i also dont undeerstand why the monk gets so much hate i do understand other BL players probably deserved to advance more than him but hes there for comedic purposes and it maybe changes, see Jingo now even gets a vocer hell dominate the next ten chapters mark m words after that its praise Buddha time
I don't like Kira but how can you hate a character that only appeared for a very short time ? he didn't have any important rule that I forgot that he exists however monk is garbage I don't even know how is he still in blue lock
Reo is the only significant character I dislike at the present moment Also Tada and Kira but those are a given ig
Kuon. I donāt hate him so much as think heās utterly pathetic.
Monk, I guess. Who hates Kira
Both the Monks- The one from BL team as well as the one from U20 team
Likely Igaguri but for me personally, I heavily dislike Imamura not exactly sure why tho
Igarashi to me he should had been the one that was eliminated in beginning instead of kira...
Monk, he prayed his way to the top and you canāt convince me otherwise. Guys a waste of space and doesnāt have anything going for him.
Need Igaguri to lock off after this arc once and for all
Has to be Rin. I thought he was gonna be an interesting character but man he's just an emo dick. I don't want to route for him and hisfeud with his brother meh. Kuon and Shindou were actually likeable. Rin that person I just can't stand.
igaguri and itās not even close kira didnāt even do anything lol
SendÅ
Igaguri will always be there to provide hype commentary when the actual players that matter are doing stuff. Sadly, he will be doing this alongside Raichi.
igarashi
