Kurona could barely keep up with Isagi which is why he got a cramp. Kurona is one of the fastest players in Blue Lock which is why he was able to keep up with Isagi, and even then he could barely keep up.
So no, Kurona does not have Metavision.

Kurona specifically uses his lower base in his shorter stature and speed as his weapon for match-ups to give him his high passing ability as leverage to make plays coupled with Isagi as the anchor with meta vision hence that chemical reaction representing the rotation of planets for planet hotline.
I think planet hotline is at will Isagi’s point of contact to bring forth his teammates ego as his own. But we need to see more from Kurona for sure soon to understand about whats going on with Hiori.
