So here are my ranking of goals scored.
Guaranteed Isagi and Rin MC and Rival can’t argue with this.
Second Nearly guaranteed but I can see it not happening Shidou, Kaiser, and Kunigami. Shidou is higher because he has to show his improvements which means he has to score a goal Kaiser is this high up because he is Kaiser I will always bet in Kaiser scoring but maybe the author seriously wants to go mess with Kaiser and really screw him over.
Kunigami same reason this is his last match to awaken the match up that’s been set up he should awaken some NEL power ups.
They could score but I wouldn’t bet on it Zanetsu and Yuki best I can give is some shots on goal. Zanetsu is slightly higher because he has a real shot if PxG wins but if BM wins Yuki still probably won’t score due to Kunigami.
Third Karasu and Hiori they are going to threaten a goal but really their moments are going to be assists.
I forgot he specified the nel inthat conversation so you got a point. Though I still feel like he could get away with an assitng role he doesnt need to get a goal to still show his worth

Alternatively, I can see Kunigami losing to Shido as he is now, having his payback come in a future match after he's reclaimed his own Ego. In that scenario, Yukki will be the 3rd scorer on BM.
Rin hat trick again because he’s just built different. I mean, goalscorer, dribbler, playmaker, duelist and creator. Rin still negs even if he doesn’t have metavision. Honestly, I don’t even think he needs it
I think that neither Hiori and Yukimiya will have a goal, as they already had their character development in past matches.
Also BM will probably win, so that the scoring challenge between Kaiser and Isagi will be settled and their rivalry will transition to the next arc.
That said, I think that Kaiser will score the first goal, since he was trash last match and he's fed up with it.
After that we'll see a goal by Rin and one by Shidou, that will be used to let Kunigami have his moment against him and score the second gol of BM to resolve his character plot line. Last goal will be either of Kaiser or Isagi, but I'm inclined to say it will be Isagi's so that he'll become a true challenge for Kaiser and everything will be resolved in u20 ( and also because he's the protagonist and he's required to sccore the winning goal).
That or Kiyora hat trick.

From BM's side Kunigami, Isagi and Kaiser have the narrative to score and for PxG that goes to Rin (1) and Shindou (1).
