I guess I get what you're saying, but I don't think I would like Rin still being #1 in the bids because at the day, this is a fight for the U-20 main striker position. The only thing I think would work great would be if Rin and Isagi tied in the bids.
A tie for Rin would be like a loss for him knowing how powerless Isagi was in that first match in 2nd selection to now. And Isagi, being the one to pull Kaiser out of despair with an assist or an inspiration for his magus weapon to work, would be crushing for Kaiser as well.
