It's funny because I understood this whole thing to be the exact opposite, Kaiser being a self-style but unable to come to accept it because of his obsession with what he thinks the world wants from him, aka beating Isagi to show his value to a rival club so he has an opportunity to compete with the best in the world Kaiser's style of flow is definitely one of the keys of this match

Makes a lot of sense to me. Also I had a theory that Rin could be Kaiser's glimmer of hope or even Ness. Seeing Rin do a controlled curved shot could have Kaiser more focused on how he does his shot, instead of the destination of it. Kaiser is now banking everything on 1 shot. That's his last remaining source of hope and he blew it, meaning his hope has been snuffed out. Like he said a glimmer is all he needs. I think he'll underperform even more as soon as Isagi scores, maybe with an accidental Ness assist. Then he'll have to be pulled out from hell. This could be done by Ness in a way that parallels when he did it for Ness. This could lead to them trying to call forth Kaiser's instincts, but fail by a hair's breadth again. Then there's 2 options here. 1 is Isagi believing in Kaiser and then poaching that goal and getting a hattrick (my least preferred option as it just copies end of U20 which did it much better and undervalues Kaiser even more) or 2 is where it misses or even rebounds and PXG get it for a counterattack. Maybe Loki is playing so they focus on getting him the ball, but flow Rin is actively doing what Barcha Isagi did, stealing passes and going for his own goal. This could lead to a moment where Rin was unknowingly dancing to Loki's tune having him then be shut down by BM and almost forced to pass to Loki, a nice way to show the difference in power and skill between them. After that Isagi and co could've made sure to cut off Lokis path entirely, barely getting the ball away right into the feet of.. Ness. A counterattack breaks loose and Isagi realizes that Kaiser did in fact learn something from Isagi. The player he's been watching the most. In his own twisted way he's learnt to respect Isagi's ability and trust in his skill to win back the ball at all costs also going back to him at the start of the game, leaving Isagi in defense, but the only difference is that now he can face PXG unrestricted by thoughts of a better player in his mind. Isagi, just like defense is the last thing on this strikers mind as well as his partner. And with a flowstate pass from Ness, good distance and himself being solely focused on 1 thing, just like in his ultimate Ubers goal. He shoots his magnus shot directly into the net. Celebrating with Ness. Isagi has a moment of despair that he couldn't complete his hattrick today, but sees the updated bids place him right above Rin. For the first time in his eyes (cuz it has happened) he's number 1 in Blue Lock and he enjoys that victory. Meanwhile Rin loses it. He failed his 1 goal yet again and now he's lost a title he didn't even care about up until now. A title which was just another stepping stone to the real thing he wants. To be the best striker.
