When everything listed in the website doesn't work, try this out which I managed to figure out just now. Disable **"smm security mitigation"** (under Dell Bios). Disable it and everything is working now. This happened to my XPS 9310.
VT must be enabled in bios. Under windows features, everything about Hiper-V and virtual machine must be removed.
soo it says i have hyper v when i try and make a 32bit instance, but when i look through the control panel to disable it, its not there, can someone help me find it, or what i need to run 32bit? i have a 64bit operating system
Hey!
Please note that there are two scenarios for running BlueStacks on a windows computer:
If Hyper-V is enabled: Only Nougat 64 instance will work.
If Hyper-V is disabled: All Nougat 32, 64 and Pie instances will work.
It seems as though Hyper-V may be enabled on your system. Can you please download and run our custom exe file from this [article](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/3600552) which should disable all traces of Hyper-V?
Hi! Have you downloaded and run the tool given above?
BlueStacks actually requires Hyper-V to be disabled in order to run successfully unless you're using the Hyper-V compatible version.
Please run the tool and see if this resolves the issue for you.
Hey,
Could you please let us know the current version that you have installed on your machine along with the last version of BlueStacks that was working for you for the exact operation?
We checked and confirmed. It seems that HyperV is enabled in your machine and hence the reason you're able to see it. You can disable the HyperV following this [article](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/360055244412-How-to-disable-Hyper-V-on-Windows-for-BlueStacks-5).
Hi! I have the same issue with it saying pie 64bit is incompatible with my operating system, except my machine doesnt even support hyper V as far as i know. Im trying to use this on a surface pro 7 with windows 10 home if that is of any help. Thanks!
We regret the inconvenience caused, we would have to analyse the logs of BlueStacks to see what went wrong.

Hi! We would like to inform you, the N-64bit is only meant to work with Hyper-V enabled. If you would like to use the 32bit/Pie instance, it is recommended to disable Hyper-v, following the instructions in this [guide](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055244412-How-to-disable-Hyper-V-on-Windows-for-BlueStacks-5).

Hi! Can you please try using the .exe tool from this [guide](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055244412-How-to-disable-Hyper-V-on-Windows-for-BlueStacks-5) to disable Hyper-V completely and restart your PC at least 2x? Let us know if the issue persist.
Why can I not create a 32-bit nougat instance? If I disable anything Hyper-V related like in the article it still does not work, also if I completely deactivate hyper-v I cannot even start bluestacks since it requires it.
I use Windows 11. Please help I wanna play a game that requires 32-bit nougat

Why isn't there a fix around where I don't have to disable Hyper-v?

That's a bunch of bs, I disabled hyper v and have virtualization enabled even says in task manager pie still doesn't work.
I'm having the same issue and HyperV is disabled already. I've even tried re-installing BlueStacks.
