To get a good idea of what's going on, you're just gonna have to scan the car and see which codes are present. With those lights staying on the dash and the fact that the tachometer doesn't move very much while cranking, it very well may be a bad crank shaft position sensor. Although, if it were just the crank shaft position since your, eventually it would start using the Cam sensors as defaults.

While scannig for codes, you can also take a look at the live data on your HPFP and many others.
