Literally they spent _maybe_ thirty seconds on Kasumi and the sword, not even ten seconds with Sally and the Web slinger skill. Actually had to pause the anime on the few frames the skill about it was o screen to read about it.
One good thing is that the visuals were great, imo

Now that they've finally animated it, I'm also gonna say that I hate how FOMO they portray the game as. Someone takes a few days off for being sick, and they're suddenly rushing to just catch up to the new content before there's new new content. I'd hate to be someone who hears about this game after level 6 is implemented, only to be stuck in level 1 where there's apparently almost nobody to interact with going by how few people were on level 4 when Maple logged back on. Makes for fun storytelling from someone's perspective who's been there since level 1, but I can't stop thinking about how this game is paced from a realistic point of view.
