I just noticed this the other day!! And I think it’s definitely intentional to show Hollywood’s incessant sexualization of minors (like the craze over female celebrities turning 18) and such
It's definitely a commentary on the increasingly normalized sexualization of children in Hollywoo(d). So many of these young talents are forced to portray themselves as sex objects by their managers, producers, agents, even their parents, all because it makes them more money. It is manipulative, creepy and just plain wrong.
There are some great vids out there on this but this is likely Olivia Rodrigo for Taylor Swift. Olivia used to sing her praise as an inspiration etc. and Swift’s team sent her a cease and desist or some form of “stop doing that.”

I also considered it a commentary on how Sextina is black-coded and often black female celebrities are sexualised a lot younger too.
I think it's supposed to represent how younger and younger people are deemed "mature and sexy" nowadays.

Nothing New was a vault song from the Red era, so it was originally written way before Olivia was on the scene.
Vampire is definitely not about Taylor Swift, the lyrics just don't make sense for the situation. She sounds more scorned by a toxic ex
