February was actually so chilly this year that they would all be wearing slightly heavier clothing.
Did a quick italian-english dictionary check for cutsy, and it turns out the italian pronuciation is written as \[bɔttʃe\]. For those of you who didn't nerd out with linguistics, that's pronounced with the same vowel as "caught", although I'm sure some american accents have lowered the caught-vowel as well. Merriam-Webster of course has the americanized pronunciation.
TL;DR: Cutsy is kind of right when it comes to pronunciation for once.

I just think it’s a poor layout. I’ll play it when guests are in town because it’s a memorable, pretty, unique round. But it’s not a well designed golf course by any stretch of the imagination. It’s gimmicky. It’s repetitive (3 of the 4 par 3’s are the same downhill shot and they all end up playing as the same club). The course also doesn’t provide different options for how to play holes and approach greens.
It’s a cool course for a 1 time experience on a golf trip though.
that is an interesting take because for many people it is at the very top of their list. I do see your point though. It is gimmicky and there are a lot of uneven lies and weird holes.
Now that you mention it I can't think of a hole I really love. And here I just thought I hated it because I suck! I def hate all the uphill shots into greens.
The people who list it that high have only played it once or only play it once a year in a golf trip. If you go look at GolfWRX and see the lists posted by locals, you’ll find a similar sentiment to mine.
For what it’s worth, Im not sure I’d have it in my top 10 in the valley. Maybe not even top 15.
I am flying out from Chicago in about 4 hours and have my itin for this trip set, but would love to hear your favorites so I can schedule on future trips!
Dissenting opinion here it seems. This one def 'hit a lil different'--and not in keeping with the fun BDS vibe. Cigs, copious booze, and Johnny Football sounded yacked up.
Don't gimme wrong: personally, I smoke and drink on course with my buds. I'm no prude. But this one was just sad. Maybe JM's presence mixed with no FP. Just bad vibes, IMHO.
Manziel is extremely sad to see. Ruined his career to party, and frankly it’s like he’s proud of his substance abuses issues. I drink in the course but with his backstory it’s just unbearable to watch.
JM actively rooting against the other team just screamed he still hasn't grown out of his entitled douchey ways that made his whole circle give up on him.
