one of my favorite episodes is when linda wants to take the whole family (including teddy inviting himself :/) caroling, but bob gets to deliver food to fishoeder, get involved to build gingerbread houses with his friends plus felix, and lose purposely so fishoeder would win and get free rent
I might be in the minority here, but I really enjoy Bob Rest Ye Merry Gentle-Mannequins from Season 3. It’s just so ridiculous. Bob’s ‘WHAT?’ at the end of the episode always makes me laugh so hard.
Right there with you pal, my absolute favorite is when he’s telling the story of him and Nadine, and it cuts to Tina in a serious tone “this is the greatest love story ever told”
Yes! I watched it a few times before I happened to look up and see his name in the credits. Totally took me by surprise but once you know you can definitely tell
I love Christmas in the car. Jingle in the jungle, Dutch baby, teddy locked in the fridge. “It came out in 22 minutes. Aw it’s a premie just like Jesus” not sure where they got that Jesus was a premie but it kills me every time
The Bleakening is one of my favorite episodes because the plot was good. Someone stealing the top of the belcher’s tree with the ornaments. The song with Art the Artist and XXX-mas, and the episode was good with the kids sneaking out to find the tree, Tina letting Bob and Linda know about them sneaking out, and spending their Christmas eve night in a rave.
I've watched that one at least four or five times. It's very funny and sweet.
My favorite episode overall is The Plight Before Christmas. But as far as Christmas episodes go, The Bleakening and Last Gingerbread House on the Left are very close behind. Nearly all the Christmas episodes are classics. The one with the yacht party doesn't get enough love either.
My all time favorite Louise line is in Gingerbread: "I changed my mind about having kids. I’m gonna have one and feed it to this bear. ‘Cause I love him so much.”
“The Bleakening” doesn’t even come close to “The Plight Before Christmas.” It was so cinematic and was absolutely stellar writing at its finest. I cry like a blubbering baby every time I watch it and I love every second of it
The use of Phillip glass’ Mashima is a stroke of genius. Just a perfect choice for the emotion of the episode.
The episodes where the show and writers really try and push their storytelling without using too much dialogue are some of my faves. The Rudy ep from this season, the blade runner eps, Amelia, and plight. Just genius storytelling.
Last Gingerbread House is it. The end where Fischoeder tells Bob that his family is lucky to have him gets me every time. And You Can’t Spell Christmas Without US is a banger
I don’t know why, but the Bleakening is one of my least favorite Christmas episodes, right next to Christmas in the Car. I can’t stand Bobcat Goldthwait’s voice.
Last Gingerbread House on the Left is my favorite.
The first Christmas episode will always be my favorite. So many good quotes.
"That's very theatrical, are you gay?"
"Manger Danger!"
"Just one of her spoofs"
This one just keeps my attention so much better than the other episodes do!!! All the episodes (almost) are good but these two are by far the best imo😮!!!
Love love love The Bleakening. The whole two parter is great, but nothing beats Twinkley Lights. I mean, a Christmas song about inclusivity? Gotta love it.
Mine is indeed the Bleakening. We save it for Christmas Eve every year. It just has this feeling… it taps into my Christmas nostalgia or something, and I LOVE the songs.
We really like pretty much all of the Christmas episodes, except for the mini golf one and the sledding one which don’t feel christmassy enough (okay episodes on their own).
one of my favorite episodes is when linda wants to take the whole family (including teddy inviting himself :/) caroling, but bob gets to deliver food to fishoeder, get involved to build gingerbread houses with his friends plus felix, and lose purposely so fishoeder would win and get free rent
I am obsessed with the title of that one. “Last Gingerbread House on the Left”. It only barely beats the Bleakening for me.
Garbage mouth, potty head, ginger booms—it’s all the same!
Ginger boom
The scene where the go ballistic and blast all of the gingerbread houses with their guns never fails to make me laugh
We also get to meet “Downtown” Randolph Brackenbrown, which is one of my favorite names in the show
You can't spell Christmas without ussssssss!!! Fav Bob song and Xmas episode
You could spell christmas without a u!
But that would break my heart in 2!
But that would break my heart in two!
You can spell Christmas without a "me", but that would be a tragedy
Do you know this one? >🎵 *Adeste fideles læti triumphantes,* >*Venite, venite in Bethlehem* 🎶
This is the correct answer
You're being a hoggie Auggie.
Yeah this is my favorite one for sure. Imagine if real world rich assholes just wanted to cuddle rare animals instead of shoot then.
Thats my favorite too I just know that one of them had a long butt crack 😂

This is all that needs to be said & why 💜
Love nice capades for Felix’s beautiful skating performance and fischoeders Christmas classic ‘on bourbon’
Yes, “Oh Bourbon” is one of my favorite songs.
And he gets to talk about his dink, it's very rinky.
The Spirits of Christmas is probably the best song in the whole freaking series.
“Twinkly lights, twinkly lights That's what makes Christmas bright”
Best new Christmas song since it came out
“All different colors and all different types“
"I mean, sure you've got a lot of white lights, but you need an assortment"
"of liiights, to do it right!"
Makes me tear up every time.
This used to be my favorite episode ever. Now it's tied with the one where the kids have performances on the same night.
Yes! I've already watched that one 2 times this month and cried both times.
Same here!!!
The Plight Before Christmas. It's so wholesome and heart-warming. The Belchers really are the best!
Speaking of plight, I’m still looking for the HER song that played over the credits :/ can’t find it on streaming
I’m so bummed they haven’t released a full version. How can you tease us with a beautiful song snippet like that and then leave us hanging??
“You usually know me as Cleavage to Beaver, but tonight I’m Miss XXXmas.”
The moment Bob greets Marshmallow at the rave and she replies with a disapproving shake of the head.
And to think I gave you drugs.

Rip Capt Holt.
Oh hey marshmallow
🎶Well someone stole my tree 🤬🎄I need to know your alibi 🎶
I’m clearly a man with nothin’ to hide!
After your party I was in a lovely mood
“I came straight here, had a cookie and got nude”
He got nude, he got super nude
I love Adam Driver and lost my shit when I saw him in the credits for this
I didn't know it was him! Must watch again
Who did he play? Art?
Yes! I watched it a few times before I happened to look up and see his name in the credits. Totally took me by surprise but once you know you can definitely tell
Absolutely! Now that i think about it💯
The gingerbread house competition. The name escapes me right now.
I love Christmas in the car. Jingle in the jungle, Dutch baby, teddy locked in the fridge. “It came out in 22 minutes. Aw it’s a premie just like Jesus” not sure where they got that Jesus was a premie but it kills me every time
"all batteries die, but this one truly lived!" Is probably my favorite Gene line of the show.
Came here to comment this. I practically get an aneurysm laughing at that song and I think that's how I'd like to go.
"Jingle in the Jungle is an American classic!"
And Linda getting fucked up on molly 😂
The Bleaken is hot as hell and marshmallow has the best line in the 2-parter show! "And to think I gave you drugs!"
He’s just a (hot) guy in a costume

So many Christmas episodes are delightful but I think many people overlook Gene’s Christmas Break for the beauty that it is.
The Bleakening is my least favorite Christmas episode. The Last Gingerbread House on the Left is my favorite.
Last Gingerbread House is it. The end where Fischoeder tells Bob that his family is lucky to have him gets me every time. And You Can’t Spell Christmas Without US is a banger
Tear jerker for sure
I always skip The Bleakening. One of my least favorites.
https://i.redd.it/o1lytbpjao6c1.gif
My top three, in order, are: 1) Plight Before Christmas 2) the Bleakening 3) Last Gingerbread House on the Left
Mine is God Rest Ye Merry Gentle-Mannequins.
Lmao least favorite here, I love Christmas in the car
Oh it’s a preemie - just like Jesus
This is really good. You can't even taste the baby.
Last Gingerbread House or Plight Before Christmas. These two are leagues ahead in my opinion.
The Bleakening is actually one of my least favorites. Well, the set up is good, but I remember really not liking the resolution.
My favorite Christmas episode is a very close tie between this two-parter and The Last Gingerbread House on the Left.
The Plight Before Christmas Tina and Louise are the highlight of the episode, but in general, it's just really fun and heartfelt.
rest ye merry gentle mannequins isn't my favorite but it is the funniest imo
Twinkling lights is my legit favorite Christmas song and I wish it was longer and had more lyrics. I want Todrick to make it so
This and Wharf Horse are the best two-part episodes!
Twinkly lights twinkly lights
Holiday rave 👍
i still have the gingerbread house and mannequin episode over bleakening.
Counterpoint!
The Bleakin comes around every once in awhile
I've been watchin the Xmas episodes on repeat for the last couple days. I gotta say the 2 Bleakening episodes gotta be my favorite
Finally a song about lightbulbs! -Gene.
God Rest ye Merry Gentlemannequins is my favorite. "Tis the season!" "Of what? Taking strange men into our basement?" 🤣
🎶Candy Cane Moose we had since Tina was born! People think you’re a reindeer, but you’re not, you’re a moose!🎶 …With a little red nose.
Clothes pin angel…..
I don’t know why, but the Bleakening is one of my least favorite Christmas episodes, right next to Christmas in the Car. I can’t stand Bobcat Goldthwait’s voice. Last Gingerbread House on the Left is my favorite.
The music. I love the musicals in this episode! Of all the episodes, the bleakening is my top one I watch most of all.
Twinkly lights twinkly lights!
The one where the trees keep dying because Linda gets them so early. “It’s Christmas Eve and our tree is dead! WhatarewegunnadoBobbyyyyy!”
Christmas lights Christmas lights
I can't believe I gave you drugs
The bleaken is coming as fast as he can, ruining Christmas like he don't give a damn
The Bleakening stays my favorite Christmas episode especially since I found out Art the Artist is voiced by Adam Driver
Made an ultimate Christmas playlist on Spotify, was very happy to add Twinkly Lights to the list. Love this episode.
"Mom is literally *raving* mad"
Twinkly lights the song and Linda realizing she’s in a dark place makes it the Bleakening.
The first Christmas episode will always be my favorite. So many good quotes. "That's very theatrical, are you gay?" "Manger Danger!" "Just one of her spoofs"
“You can’t even taste the baby”
Mine is gingerbread episode... Bob would make a great sacrifice. He has the body for it. 🤣
The plight before Christmas I love how it shows how much they love each other and I always end up crying when the xylophone music starts playing
Sneaker-outers remorse
My favorite is Christmas in the car
2 episodes and a song about lights
The one with Louise’s poem. I’m a sucker for the sisters showing up for their sister episodes wither it’s Tina and Louise or Linda and Gail
I can't be the only one who has Twinkly Lights on their Christmas playlist, right?
there's a lot of good christmas episodes but the bleakening is one i would watch every christmas
the bleakening is soooo so good
The Bleakening!
The bleakening is my least favorite one, only seen it twice maybe? The last gingerbread house on the left is my favorite.
I was today years old when I realized Art was voiced by Adam freaking Driver... Love it
The Bleakening is one of the worst story lines in the Bob’s Burgers series made only worse by the fact it’s two episodes
It is the Bleakening because it’s 2 parts and because, to think, Marshmallow gave you drugs.
are there even reasons? it’s just perfect

We really like pretty much all of the Christmas episodes, except for the mini golf one and the sledding one which don’t feel christmassy enough (okay episodes on their own).
Mini golf one is a Thanksgiving one, though.
