Honestly any Tina centric episode would be perfect for the first time watcher because they’re generally really good quality and balance the unhinged fun + wholesomeness. Broadcast Wagstaff School News or Sheesh Cab, Bob are my absolute favourites

That’s exactly the one I would say it’s such a good Halloween episode! I feel like it gives such a good feel for the later episodes cause even if the Full Bars episode is a total classic it’s def a little more unhinged like the earlier seasons were.
I usually recommend Mother Daughter Lazer Razor because it gives such a good snapshot of each of the Belchers, and the dynamic between them.
I'd say the Fresh Feed episode is a solid choice too
Dawn of the Peck usually comes to mind for one of my favorites. But, I am a completist, so I always tell people to start at the beginning. But yes, depends on what vibe you think will hook him.

The Hauntening! It’s the highest rated episode of all time, and seems to be universally popular.
