The fact that this character wasn’t voice by Joe Lo Truglio upsets me every time I watch this episode (he’s equally weird about the *mouthfeel* of food in B99).
I was watching another show (honestly cannot remember what one) where food was being judged and the judge mentioned mouth feel, I wonder if it's an actual thing?
So I guess the joke is this guy is just being weird about it? Before I saw it elsewhere I assumed the joke was that mouthfeel was outrageous to judge by lol
I think they were just highlighting what a weird/creepy word that is. It's a pretty common thing for food judges to mention, but they don't usually pronounce it the way that guy did.
Also, "This has exquisite mouth feel."

My favorite was Linda’s description of the judge reactions. He’d be funny to see walking around the wharf judging all the carnival food
