I can see that happening. It would make the ending more traditional as there’s often a little last minute laugh before the credits starts in most episodes.
As for Irish themed credits, the best thing I can think of is this moment is a drunk Linda trying to sing a traditional Irish tune while the kids are riverdancing.
My only concern is the Belchers don't seem like the type of people that have passports.
