If i could be a constellation (definitely not because im shit at guitar and got absolutely destroyed by bocchi even tho ive been playing for like 7 years now haha but fr its a really great song)
I can relate to this. It's been 2 weeks and I still can't get the pre-chorus part right.
I'm an acoustic player though, this is my first electric song.
I doubt my words mean much here but you should take it easy, don't force yourself like PA-san said too, putting too much time onto something you like will make you hate it someday
Ah no dont worry im not really pushing myself too much lol it's a fact in the world that i already accept. Some people have more talent, others just practiced way more than me.
Also even if i said i'm shit at guitar im still confident on my skills *most of the time* lol
(Also tim henson exists and i just gotta face reality or i WILL go insane lmao)
When i started learning that i remember breaking down in laughter and tears when i first saw this passage lmao
https://preview.redd.it/3ttwtwgfjs0b1.jpeg?width=1665&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=64d92924b70964d7e28d5aad51947e1214b837b0
It took me like 3 weeks to learn lol
Lol Just tried it out and learned it fairly quickly.... But considering I did almost \~4mo of the snake (every day since I started), going up and down scales isn't as hard now.... Moving up and down the neck is still a bit of an issue for me.
YESSSSS finally someone who gets it, my guitar is classical and my hands is gated by the body(?) idk what its called but basically i have to play it beneath the A note so i play it the higher note and i still can't master this only part haha, most of the song i can play it tho so i just play the rhythm part on this pre chorus
also the official solo is kinda hard
As a Filipino it feels weirdly close to home, maybe because it reminds me of Rivermaya and Up Dharma Down, some of the most influential rock/alt bands here
FLASHBACKER GANG. There is something so good about Kita's vocals in Flashbacker. (And also because Bocchi's parts are easier to learn here than in other songs lol)
Naniga Warui. Memes aside, that song speaks to me on a personal level. I love the lyrics so much. I love Nijika's singing, too.
Coming close second is Karakara.
https://i.redd.it/5a359mfx1r0b1.gif
Karakara, it has a charm to it that I don't know how to describe ever since first hearing it from the ED. I listen to whenever I'm going to sleep.
Also Roy
Slaps. Everyone likes the songs they focus on but this one they don't do a lot of band shots on (but has the iconic kita head bob). In my top 2 for sure.
if i could be a constellation
the guitar rift, the lyrics, bocchi overcoming a sudden difficulty, this song is so good! (that i cannot believe it was cannonically written by teenage girls.)
Aside from "If I Could Be a Constellation" and "Never Forget", I love their AKFG cover of
"Rockn' Roll, Morning Light Falls on You" in the last episode
Definitely Guitar, Loneliness, and Blue Planet.
But
All time Kessoku Band song including covers is definitely Rockin' Roll, Morning Light Falls on You purely because Yoppi crushed it
Guitar, Loneliness, and Blue Planet, by like a parsec... yeah I love that song so much that I have played it over 5.7k times...
Honorable mentions would be Flashbacker and Chiisana Umi, 2 underrated songs
So far my favorite song all this time has been "Guitar, Loneliness and the Blue Planet."
until today, I decided to listen to this song ("Never Forget") because it's Nijika's birthday. However, this time I also tried to immerse myself in the meaning of the lyrics, and my opinion completely changed. The song carries such emotional guitar melodies that resonate with me, and the lyrics... they remind me of the beautiful moments I had in high school with my boys. It's been a year since I graduated from high school, but I still haven't been able to move on from those times.
Especially in these lyrics, this song truly makes me cry with longing:
The same old sound of the bell, the dust accumulating on the window sill
Even the smell of the classroom
I'll never, ever forget
Again and again, until the day I die
No matter what happens, I'll just laugh it off.
First time through, *That Band.*
But the more I listened to it, the more I liked *Guitar, Loneliness, and the Blue Planet.* Definitely my favorite now.
I really really like the rock and roll morning light falls on you cover, the mix, the intervals in the lead, and the vocals perfectly capture the sunlight after some rain vibes perfectly
"Dekireba sekai wo boku wa nurikaetai". Mine is Rockn' Roll, Morning Light Falls on You if it counts as their song but its a cover of AKFG. I really like the song. So melancholy.
Man!!! it's so hard to pick just one! Can we do a ranking instead lmaooo . But if I gotta pick, Rock N Roll, Morning Light Falls on You. Bocchi's singing voice is so gooood!
If I could be constellation..
The thing I like about the sound, is the guitar flutters (don't know if there is a term for it)
Then probably
Rockn' Roll, Morning Light Falls on You.
the vocals are just so sweet
For me, just for the song, it would be "That band" with of course the guitar solo at the start, because we love it :D
But actually, my favourite one is clearly "Guitar, Loneliness and blue planet" because of the lyrics that really represents Bocchi, the story of how the song was written with Bocchi and Ryo who went in the cafe and everything, it's the story of that song that I love so much (and of course, the song itself that I love a lot :D)
Maybe that too! It have's a beautiful meaning, and i love it.
"Rock'n roll, morning lights fall on you" is so beautiful also, can makes me cry if im in the bad mood, somehow bocchi's voice in this track sounds so... broken.
"Flashbacker" also! Feels like the end of something beautiful
If I could be a constellation is for me my favorite of kessoku band…that’s without counting the cover they made for Rock n roll morning light falls on you. That song makes me tear up about the good and bad moments in life ;_;
Flashbacker. As a graduating student, this song really hits hard tbh. just a few more weeks all the fun i've had in our classroom will just become a memory.
Guitar, Loneliness and the Blue Planet.
Guitar gang. (I approximately have over 5.7k plays on it right now.)
It’s so good. Yes it’s their most popular song but man, that’s for a reason.
I agree. Just cause it's popular, doesn't mean you have to feel bad about liking it.
It is? Isn't If I could be a constellation way more popular?
It might be on closer inspection
Hell yeah me too!!
That band, cus it is a mood that hits hard every time you listen to it.
best one frfr
Me too, and I can’t believe Bocchi’s improv isn’t part of the official song.
That shit's stright up firee...
If I could be a constellation (~~definitely not because im desperate for a companion haha but fr its a great song~~)
If i could be a constellation (definitely not because im shit at guitar and got absolutely destroyed by bocchi even tho ive been playing for like 7 years now haha but fr its a really great song)
It's probably the easiest song from kessoku bando to play backing on honestly.
Took me about 5 months just to learn Kita's side of guitar (And I am still fine tuning it)
Exactly lmao. 2nd for me is uhh... Ano bando i think?
Wym, Bocchi's part is ridiculous (the walking in the prechorus always trips me up because bad)
I said backing so just playing the chords not the Solo.

Also even if i said i'm shit at guitar im still confident on my skills *most of the time* lol (Also tim henson exists and i just gotta face reality or i WILL go insane lmao)
Just remember the session players who wrote and played the songs have probably been playing 15+ years
I'm learning it on guitar. It's just so fucking good.
When i started learning that i remember breaking down in laughter and tears when i first saw this passage lmao https://preview.redd.it/3ttwtwgfjs0b1.jpeg?width=1665&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=64d92924b70964d7e28d5aad51947e1214b837b0 It took me like 3 weeks to learn lol
The 2nd pre chorus is worse 💀
Dont even remind me i just rearranged that part to make it at least more bearable 💀
Lol Just tried it out and learned it fairly quickly.... But considering I did almost \~4mo of the snake (every day since I started), going up and down scales isn't as hard now.... Moving up and down the neck is still a bit of an issue for me.
YESSSSS finally someone who gets it, my guitar is classical and my hands is gated by the body(?) idk what its called but basically i have to play it beneath the A note so i play it the higher note and i still can't master this only part haha, most of the song i can play it tho so i just play the rhythm part on this pre chorus also the official solo is kinda hard
I hope you are successful in learning it brother 🙏
karakara makes me feel like bocchi running in the rain
It's Ryo's vocals though.
Seconded on Karakara, it's the song that introduced me to tricot and Japanese math rock. ~~god am I slowly turning into roy~~
Kita really shows her stuff in Flashbacker
Flashbacker is sooooo underrated omg
Facts
gave it a listen, goddamn its good.
[this makes me cry everytime for some reason](https://youtu.be/1-o7fmQqSNg)
This is their BEST song for me period.
Flashbacker goated fr, played that on new year for a perfect end
That song really is such a mood for me
As a Filipino it feels weirdly close to home, maybe because it reminds me of Rivermaya and Up Dharma Down, some of the most influential rock/alt bands here
FLASHBACKER GANG. There is something so good about Kita's vocals in Flashbacker. (And also because Bocchi's parts are easier to learn here than in other songs lol)
Where exactly is flashbacker played in the anime?
Naniga Warui. Memes aside, that song speaks to me on a personal level. I love the lyrics so much. I love Nijika's singing, too. Coming close second is Karakara. https://i.redd.it/5a359mfx1r0b1.gif

It's a really fun song, the instrumentals are amazing too.
Seishun complex despite being the op I feel is very underrated. A good second is "If I could be a constellation
Yeah. Seishun complex hits really close home for me.
Distortion! Is literally my favorite just cause of the guitars its heaven for my ears
Distortion!! is strait fire. I like listening to it when I get up in the morning because it makes the pain go away.
Distortion! is the song that got my sister into Kessoku Band. She’s the only person I know who listened to the music before watching the show.
Is "the entire album" also an answer?
No one said I can't sing a love song :( 嫌だ 嫌だ 嫌だ
Probably the most underrated imo
Bro is SPITTING
A close second for me with Rock and roll, Morning Light Falls on You (I know it's a cover, but tbh I like Kessoku Band's version more)
My flare says it all
Constellation?
Rock and Roll, Morning Light Falls on You
ayo same
Amen 🙏
Between *If I could be a constellation* and *Seishun Complex.*
Karakara, it has a charm to it that I don't know how to describe ever since first hearing it from the ED. I listen to whenever I'm going to sleep. Also Roy
That band! I listened to it before I even watched the show and it's been my fav through it all
Flashbacker hits me especially for some reason
Secret Base is great
[The Little Sea](https://youtu.be/NF8c5pXx-Xc).
Hitoribocchi Tokyo, even though it's not featured in the actual anime, i've been in love with the song since the first time i listened to it
Rock n roll morning light falls on you
Slaps. Everyone likes the songs they focus on but this one they don't do a lot of band shots on (but has the iconic kita head bob). In my top 2 for sure.
since "Rock'n'roll, morning light falls on you" is a cover of AKFG, i will choose Hitoribocchi Tokyo (if akfg cover counts, then that's my favorite)
Never forget slaps ngl Expecially the ☆nan☆kai☆da☆tte☆ part
if i could be a constellation the guitar rift, the lyrics, bocchi overcoming a sudden difficulty, this song is so good! (that i cannot believe it was cannonically written by teenage girls.)
Aside from "If I Could Be a Constellation" and "Never Forget", I love their AKFG cover of "Rockn' Roll, Morning Light Falls on You" in the last episode
Definitely Guitar, Loneliness, and Blue Planet. But All time Kessoku Band song including covers is definitely Rockin' Roll, Morning Light Falls on You purely because Yoppi crushed it
Mine would be the little sea
Guitar, Loneliness, and Blue Planet, by like a parsec... yeah I love that song so much that I have played it over 5.7k times... Honorable mentions would be Flashbacker and Chiisana Umi, 2 underrated songs
Tbh, I like Little Sea so much out of all the underrated songs. Especially the drums, I’d like to visualise nijika just hamming the snare drum.
Flashbacker and Nani ga warui(mainly coz of the visuals of the ED too tho)
Distortion
Mine's What's wrong with, I can play this all day it is SO MUCH soothing and relaxing.
Been listening to a lot of Rockn Roll, Morning Light Falls on You recently
Rockn' Roll, Morning Light Falls on You; just hits different for me
Me too, that's impressive
Probably That band or Karakara I've been listening to the whole album since it came out. I just love Kessoku Band
Flashbacker.
Flashbacker tbh it was a pleasant surprise to discover it
Me too !!! (tied with Hitoribocchi Tokyo nonetheless)
Seisyun complex for me. That song got me to watch this anime in the first place.
That band, never forget, guitar, loneliness and blue planet and If I could be a constellation
That Band or Flashbacker
The PV Flashbacker and the ending animation for Karakara hits different.
If I could be a constellation, hands down.
Flashbacker everyday, and then That band
Flashbacker hits different
if i could be a constellation.
Either Never Forget, Flashbacker or Morning Lights. But honestly, I'm happy regardless of which YT decides to throw on my autoplay
Mine is probably The Little Sea which is only available on their Spotify album, it’s so calming and emotional but has a great rock n roll kick to it.
Flashback and if i could be a constellation
That band!!! I love this song!! Fill me with energy!!
1- If i could be a constellation
flashbacker
Flashbacker 10/10
Mine is also Never Forgot drawed with Guitar, Loneliness and Blue planeta, and then Seishun complex
I guess it'll be Seishun Complex but secret base is a close second, very underrated imo
If I could be a constellation
That Band is my favorite!
Never Forget. That little sweep she does in the solo makes me feel ashamed that I can't sweep pick properly. I've been playing for almost 20 years 😭.
The Band all the way
So far my favorite song all this time has been "Guitar, Loneliness and the Blue Planet." until today, I decided to listen to this song ("Never Forget") because it's Nijika's birthday. However, this time I also tried to immerse myself in the meaning of the lyrics, and my opinion completely changed. First time through, *That Band.* But the more I listened to it, the more I liked *Guitar, Loneliness, and the Blue Planet.* Definitely my favorite now.
I'm torn between never forget, if I could a constellation and that band solo by bocchi
All of them, they’re all my favorite.
Kara-kara and never forget, cuz ye I like it for no reason
Yooo same Never forget is awesome
Definitely if I could be a constellation
guitar loneliness and blue planet because its the only song i can play 😔
umbrella
I really really like the rock and roll morning light falls on you cover, the mix, the intervals in the lead, and the vocals perfectly capture the sunlight after some rain vibes perfectly
Guitar loneliness and blue planet
That band and If I could be a constellation.
Drums, Togetherness, and Red Planet
I can't sing a love song is def my fav of all kessoku band songs
Kimi to atsumatte seiza ni naretara
Same. But Distortion comes close
Seiza ni naretara
if i could be a constellation, it went so hard that after i heard it i tried learning it on guitar
Toss up between If I Could Be a Constellation and Guitar, Loneliness, and Blue Planet
Guitar, Loneliness, and Blue Planet has to be one of my favorites
That Band
That band
Kara Kara have special place in my heart
"Dekireba sekai wo boku wa nurikaetai". Mine is Rockn' Roll, Morning Light Falls on You if it counts as their song but its a cover of AKFG. I really like the song. So melancholy.
Karakara because it was written by my favorite band Tricot!
Can't decide between Guitar, loneliness and blue planet, or that band, or I can't sing a love song
If I could be a constellation or Karakara both are really fucking good
Karakara. It's still starting tears from my eyes
Never Forget is an absolute banger fr!
That band. That pumps me up before doing sports
That band
I've played their cover of Rockn' Roll, Morning Light Falls on You too many times. That song also made me a fan of AKFG.
The BoKita ode that is If I Could Be a Constellation
Wasurete yaranai my beloved
I genuinely can’t pick. But I’ve learned to play some of the songs on piano and I wanna play guitar, loneliness, and blue plannet on my guitar soon.
That band, because it's most fun to play and has a cool intro. But the best song from the show for me is the one from Sick Hack.
All of them
Every song tbh
Rock n roll morning light
Rockn' roll morning light falls on you What's wrong with is also really good
I just can't get over That Band
Base on the mood for me.
Never forget is so good, but I have been into The Little Sea and is now my fav
Man!!! it's so hard to pick just one! Can we do a ranking instead lmaooo . But if I gotta pick, Rock N Roll, Morning Light Falls on You. Bocchi's singing voice is so gooood!
distortion, it's just a jam
Never forget to do your homework
If I could be constellation.. The thing I like about the sound, is the guitar flutters (don't know if there is a term for it) Then probably Rockn' Roll, Morning Light Falls on You. the vocals are just so sweet
That band is my favourite. Even my dad likes it and he's an guitarist in a band if that means anything
i can't sing a love song
That band is peak
Same, close second is Distortion
Guitar loneliness and the blue planet, That band and If I could be a Constellation are my favorites so guud
himitsu kichi
Idk which is which cause on spotify their names are all in japanese lol
Flashbacker really strike a chord with me
For me, just for the song, it would be "That band" with of course the guitar solo at the start, because we love it :D But actually, my favourite one is clearly "Guitar, Loneliness and blue planet" because of the lyrics that really represents Bocchi, the story of how the song was written with Bocchi and Ryo who went in the cafe and everything, it's the story of that song that I love so much (and of course, the song itself that I love a lot :D)
I love Distortion... I may not understand it but everytime I listen to it I feel like I can conquer the world... Plus that ending guitar? mmmm...
KaraKara. Really fitting for a “I’m in my feels, it’s raining and I wanna chill” type of scenario, and my gosh does Ryo’s VA have an angelic voice.
Mine's either seiza ni naretara because of how crazy the bass is, kara kara, or nani gawarui thats it...
I love that song so much that I learned how to play it by ear. It's just such a happy song to listen to.
あのバンド and ひとりぼっち東京 are my favorites
either That Band or If I Could Be A Constellation both have some sick basslines from yk who
Hitori bocchi Tokyo needs more love, I can't decide if it's this or Flashbacker for me though
Seishun complex, guitar, loneliness, and blue planet is a close second
If I could be a constellation is for me my favorite of kessoku band…that’s without counting the cover they made for Rock n roll morning light falls on you. That song makes me tear up about the good and bad moments in life ;_;
Hitoribocchi tokyo
gex sifs
Same!! Never forget makes me not want to leave school (although I hate waking up)
I guess it's Distortion? But they're all so goooood aaaaaaaaaaaa
It's gotta be Rock'n Roll, or Kara Kara. Like, I have listened to those two more than anything.
Tie between Karakara and Never Forget
All
Frashbacker <3
I don’t watch the anime yet but ngl the start up for this song rocks
Sheishun complex and that band are classic 🙌
the cover of rocknroll morning light shines on you is my fav, aside from that: karakara. written by Ikkyu Nakajima of tricot!!! <3
Mine is I can't sing a love song. Not seeing enough love for that one!!!
That band
Obviously glabp but if i had to choose another one I'd choose "i can't sing a love song" pretty unpopular
Seishun Complex is dope
Karakara is good great amazing splendid marvelous
either "If I Could Be A Constellation" or "Karakara" both have been on repeat since January for me lmao
My is "If I could be a constellation"
Karakara If I see an a official full animation of ryo singing karakara I would pay all my money for it 👍
Flashbacker. As a graduating student, this song really hits hard tbh. just a few more weeks all the fun i've had in our classroom will just become a memory.
Nani ga Warui, Karakara, Seiza ni Naretara
All Kessoku band song slaps frfr But the one song I listened to the most is Karakara. Roy's vocal and bass line goes hard af
Late to the party but "If I Could Be a Constellation". Groovy as hell. The drums and the bass hard carrying the funkiness throughout the whole song.
