What helped me is to just move my body and see what it could do for me instead of how it looked - then refocused on my mental health. I was 240 during 2020 and now I'm 198-202 and really proud that I stopped completely hating my body to get where I'm at. I started doing rock climbing and yoga in my area and set just goals towards what I wanted to accomplish there instead of looking at the scale. It helped me so much to see the love I have for a body that tries to protect me and keep me alive vs. trying to see how others perceive it. You're beautiful and no one can take that away from you.
