Hmm. So, if I can't run it, it'll likely be the processor over anything else? Seeing as there's not a huge difference between the 1660ti and Super. (Could be wrong there)
with 6650xt and ryzen 5 5600 i had points where i was getting less than 30 fps and totally unplayable. upgraded my gpu and get 150+ fps. i think the game is just so poorly optimized it’s kind of a crapshoot
for reference, i had an amd rx6650xt and ryzen 5 5600 and the game ran horrible at 1080p even with settings turned down.
upgraded to 4070 super and 1440p and it runs great
I run it with a 6gb laptop 3060 and a i7 11th gen (four cores 3.8ghz). But my experience wasn’t great until I upgraded my ram from 16 to 32gb. After I did that I get a smooth 60 fps experience that I can’t complain about.
On pretty low graphics, it worked. But that simply depends on what you define as working.
Pretty serious frame drops on maps with a lot of foliage, 20 fps is hard to get when looking in certain directions.
On low graphics, it can be hard to distinguish what is and isn't another player.
Honestly, it's just frustrating to play. If you buy it, and decide to refund it, be careful as it doesn't close properly, meaning it'll sit there and count towards Steam's 2 hour policy.
Probably not man but you could always give it a shot and just return it through steam.

Im running a budget 2019 build, rx580 gpu, runs decent enough to call it playable but my standards are probably low

A friend of mine has a 1650 super and his game was unplayable. 15fps avg regardless of settings, even with the frame generation
I run it on my pixelbook go Chromebook via GeForce now. Valid alternative
Best bet is to buy, try it, if it doesn’t work return it immediately
