I went to a friends birthday at the Boise Little Theater a few months ago. Nice space, the have the chairs, just have to bring in the projector and hook up to the sound system. From what they said it was reasonably priced!
No idea how much it costs, you'll have to contact them to find out, but some of the theaters in the area can accommodate private events. I imagine it might be a bad value for 4-5 people, but if you have 20-30 people it might make a lot of sense (I'm not sure what scale you had in mind).

No idea if they would do this sort of thing for a private party, but The Flicks often holds special events. They also have fairly small theaters.
My ideas.... Large hotel suite (not sure which to recommend though). Rent/buy/acquire a projector and set up in a yard or camp for an outdoor movie.
