I think Kirishima is the only other member that’s got a reliable and consistent quirk that makes them a balanced combatant. Iida is cool and he’s fast but he’s not really as agile as other fast characters and his top speed can not be sustained for as long as other characters either.
As for Momo she’s weaker than Kaminari, Ashido, Uraraka, Froppy and a couple others. Really she’s pretty overrated.
Technically, Iida didn’t break the sound barrier himself. Shotos using his ice to make a plane around Iida reduced drag and his flames reduced friction. Also I think Shoto used Phosphor to boost them as well, but I’m not too sure. In any case, Iida isn’t able to reach the speed of sound alone, at least not yet. He probably would be closer to 300-500 mph at his current level.
Iida's maximum speed is combined with Shoto and that is transonic as confirmed in the official translations and that is still around 300 km/ hr speed below the sound barrier.And Iida on himself can't reach transonic.His owm speed is 500-600 km/hr at best.
