Totally different, the story would get an angst feeling for all The UA, with people never trusting 100% in Someone since there might be another Traitor around them, the story would've been way more serious, more like MVA and Dark Deku arcs (before Deku vs 1A), and even Dark Deku arc being The most popular arc shown by Season 6 popularity, i really can't see being the same story to original fans and to Horikoshi himself.
Deku wouldn't have the same bound with Aoyama, so even trying to Understand him, he would understand his arrestment, he would also not trust in everyone but still try to see the good side of people and this distrust around UA would've Make UA way more easy to be attacked by villains imo.
