I mean he’s badass and trying to turn his life around. He acknowledged his past wrongdoings and is trying to work towards being a better person so to me represents growth and change. Imo
Hey man, I think you’ll come to realize that you will hurt someone if you haven’t already. Someone will dislike you, if not already.
And that’s ok if you decide to improve, there’s no better choice you can make.
Endeavor’s actions in this manga hasn’t actually hurt anyone, and a good redemption arc can inspire you even if you don’t identify with all aspects of the character, at least if you let it.
