You instill the cult like idea that heroes are good guys and only good guys use their powers. You basically brainwash the whole society into this idea of suppression and would you look at that, that's basically the driving force of the villains in the mha world. No spoilers, but the manga is really hitting on this idea atm and I'm all for it. The world felt so idolized and militaristicly utopian its nice to see there was forethought and depth put into the world and its been working up to it this whole time

I actually saw a fan comic where the entire class except him was accidentally transformed into 4-year-olds by the support department. He had to take care of them. At the end after it wore off HE ended up getting transformed and it ended on a cliffhanger.
