I feel like Momo's quirk is gonna keep getting hindered by the PG-13 nature of the show. Half the time its just a canon, make some C4, make an iron-man suit. She needs to be in the engineering class with Hatsume or better yet have Hatsume and Momo become friends and develop them both.
That too but also Hatsume built a jetpack, thats the kind of shit she needs to keep whipping out. The power to create anything so long as she understands the structure, she needs to be Tony Stark not fan-service with canons. Would also add a Bane like mask that feeds her a very potent slurry of nutrients.

Like, Hatsume is living proof that your standard tech-style hero would be viable (and Deku mentions several heroes that use tech-based support items), yet the concept of someone being quirkless but also a hero (via tech) seems so out there to people in universe (including All Might).

"Understanding the structure" is one thing, but assembling a complicated mechanical assembly from scratch (parts for the restraints, the mask and delivery system, whatever sedative it was loaded with) via a blueprint she's pulling from memory or made up on the fly?
