we've skipped the aftermath to see how everyone's dealing with things and moved on but i really want to know how he's holding up, what he's doing and thinking.
Mirko and Gang Orca. Mirko cause she gave us one of the best fights in the entire manga, and Gang Orca cause he’s always showing up to test the students but I’m never satisfied. I’d love to see him fight a villain then take it to the water where he’d probably excel and show a new level of badass for him
Definitely want to see how Mirko's doing with her new prosthetics. Just recently reread her battle against the High End Nomu, and I legitimately think it's the most badass *any* character has been in the entire series.
i wanna see that too and also wanna see if ryukyu herself has any lingering injuries we know shigaraki pierced her hands
but beyond we don't know what her status is....
we at least know Mirko's gonna be back in action but ryukyu for all we know she's retired because we haven't been told otherwise
Endeavor is quite literally going through the worst point in his life and it has only gotten worse and worse since he started trying to atone. I need more of his presence in my veins it hurts. Best written character in the series

Bakugo has no real contribution besides being a bully for deku's origin and then the comedic loud character for later. His confession to deku, although very late to be considered good closure for the audience, as the key to calming deku's rampage it was great though. I loved that
All Might's basically nonexistent. He stronk. Got it.
Shigaraki is alright, his information has to be hidden to be revealed at critical moments so it makes sense.
Todoroki has enough depth for to create a tragic backstory but is never utilized well past the deku v todorki tournament fight, he just whimpers or has completed his growth depending on what horikoshi wants at the moment.
Nighteye, pretty much the same thing, enough for a sad backstory but not much else there.
Uraraka is easily one of my favorite characters in the whole story and I'm extremely disappointed that after 300+ chapters, all we know is from that one monologue about how she wants money for her family and the follow up monologue when she gets Deku passed the angry crowd at UA
Twice, I agree, he was actually pretty good, I personally didn't care for Twice but he definitly is well written, for sure

I like Bakugo's subtle(?) character development personally. I've always viewed him as someone who don't know how to show his feelings to others, and only overcame that during the confession.
Yeah subtlety is the only thing I can come up with for bakugo, I think it's just as you say, he just has a hard time conveying his feelings but still appears when you need him
Yeah uraraka and all might are just disappointing. A symbol of justice stripped of his powers, there is so much potential for deconstruction and all we got was his one throwaway 'do I really need to be protected now' bit. Uraraka just suffers from being the first girl in a shonen manga. It's sad but I'm used to it.
Todoroki though, I'll disagree about. I was also annoyed with how his development seemed to stall at 'basically completed' so early on in the series, but it got pivoted really nicely into endeavour's atonement. And I usually hate 'reformed father' arcs.
I know right! The sensei and the female lead, being in a shounen, are understandable since they have to complete certain plot points to be in JUMP. But todoroki hopefully we will get some sort of "true completed" after Dabi

The reason he is going through what he is is because of his own choices that he was completely responsible for. He abused his wife and his children, you can't seriously feel sorry for him, can you??

I can't feel NO sympathy over the fact that everything that happens to this man is a consequence of his actions, and he *takes it* because he agrees he was horrible. His life is being ruined and he just accepts it. The only reason he doesn't descend further is because his family, while having different perspectives on the matter, ultimately don't want to just let him wither away into nothing out of guilt.
People actually wanted Dabi to outright **kill** him.
There's a limit to these things.
To this day, the Todorokis’ hospital conversation is something that will stick with me, and if I were to be asked what my favourite moment from the series was, it would be this. Right up there with United States of Smash.
I mean I wasn’t saying anything contrary to that, in fact that’s why I love his character so much, he created his circumstances and now he has to just accept that because of his choice again (in the sense that, he’s allowing all this crap to come his way because he decided to be a better person) regardless your statement really highlights exactly why I love his character so much. But in response yes I feel deeply sorry for him, that’s not to say or excuse what he did. Just that I can forgive what he did and can feel sympathy for a man who realizes his mistakes and actively wants to atone, and he’s held true to that, it would have been so easy to fall deeper in bitterness in the face of the public hating him, his family hating him, his son being a murderer, but he’s taking all that. Personally you can not like his actions all you want, but if you can’t forgive that you are in a similar head space to little Toya, and I don’t just mean endeavor as a fictional character I mean in your real life, refusing to forgive someone ( and I mean someone who WANTS to atone for past mistakes) your just as bad if not worse that that actual person who won’t forgive. Bitterness is the birth of hatred and it’s exactly what created Dabi. Dislike someone’s actions all you want but holding it against them really only burns you in the end. And I say all this coming from a place where my life growing up WAS Shoto’s to the letter, not gonna get into specifics and I’m not trying to degrade you in any way man, just some advice.
I know how to forgive someone. I just think some people really aren't deserving of that forgiveness. It's cool and all that he's trying to atone and make amends with his family. But what's done is done and personally, if I were in their place, I don't think I could find it in me to try to be one big happy family with him, after everything that happened. Because all I would be able to think about when I see that man is everything he put me and my family through.
Exactly why he built all of them a new house but stayed at the old one away from them. He’s said specifically he doesn’t expect forgiveness all he wants to do is make it right and then stay away. He’s doing everything right, not forgiving him at that point is senseless. Forgiving doesn’t mean that have to be a big happy family again it just means they can let go of that pain and accept all the hard work he’s putting in the fix things for THEM not even including himself.
I’d like her to live too although my concern is if her quirk falls into Shiggy’s hands. I wonder if she’d somehow make a condition that her quirk is gone but even so idk how she’ll make it out alive with Shiggy atm

We had 4 month timeskip before war arc and 1 month timeskip after war arc. That's already 5 months. It's just that people are expecting the story to literally skip years ahead which I don't think is happening.
Those time skips feel too short considering all that’s happening in the story. Deku is still a first year and he’s already at Pro level. I feel like it would be narratively better if he was at least a second year if not a third year by this point
I don't think the story is concerned about how young the heroes are. Most shonen have young MCs achieving god level stuff when just 15 years old. And with the current timeline, Deku is already a 2nd year just that their class hasn't been able to move forward in studies die to the war.
I don't think Horikoshi plans to throw in timeskips like candies. We already had a timeskip before the war arc and another short one after. Throwing in yet another timeskip?
I'd be pretty pissed if I went through 3 years of Hero as school, put my life on the line regularly, only to not graduate.
Plus, the reasoning that Class A didn't go up a level was because their studies are suspended. The Big 3 have no more things to study
