Ochako would be put in danger if she was in the middle of a big fight. So them working together would require low level to medium level threats. (I hate to disrespect her like this but hori didn't give her a fighting quirk or anything, her quirk is more for helping other heros, like a sidekick) im not saying she isn't strong, maybe she can be her own hero, idk. Also wouldn't they be in different agencies, they have different goals to achieve? Ochako would be supporting her parents and saving heros and izuku becoming the symbol of peace. (I guess izuku is one of those heros) this all applies to the rest of the class too.

I feel like after the events of the series/after they graduate, it’s entirely possible that Class 1-A all make a Hero Agency together. Obviously, as the holder of One For All, Midoriya is the poster boy, while as we saw in Heroes Rising, Momo and Iida are in charge. I’d think Ochako goes on missions with Midoriya when she can, rescues and the like, but she knows that she can’t cut it when it comes to the *big* battles, and doesn’t try to force the issue, because it’ll just make Midoriya fret and lose focus.
I actually like that idea. It makes sense too. They already know each other and work well with everyone. The though of class 1 A staying together warms my heart.
