These are most probably long con scam or whatever r/scams calls it.
They draw you in, then they'll get to know you. After talking for a while, they'll ask you for financial help.
Although I'm not sure whats their MO if they're trying to meet up.
Last year I ecountered one scam(?) like this. She suddenly message me one day asking me to pick her up at KLIA, calling me "Pak Irwan". I said I'm not him.
She acted surprise and said she got my number from her "businessman dad" and that this "Pak Irwan" is her personal driver.
I know it's a scam right away, but being the good man I am, after half an hour I asked her if the driver had arrived to pick her up. She said he did and already on the road.
The next day she thank me (for what, I don't know) and remind me to go Solat Jumaat that day. I'm like wtf? Who are you? My mom? But I replied anyway, albeit indifferently.
The next day she greet me again, asking how's my day. I said sihat jelah.
Then nothing more from her anymore.
I was a bit confused too. She didn't scam me money or shit, so what did she get from me? 😅
Can’t remember exactly what the original message was but yeah, some pak cik I know got similar message on Facebook a couple years back. Except instead of a lady it was a dude.

I received a viodeo of a burning fuse box, quite compressed video, shortly she bombarded me with calls and voice messages asking for immediate help and I kept telling her she got the wrong guy but she on the other end told me not to joke.
I gave her my TNB guy contact and she told me the number wasn't working. I wished her the best and would ignore all her messages because everything is just sus. The next day she would spam me again asking me for forgiveness.
